Chapitre 36: A God In Disguise?

Going back slightly to the battlefield outside the magical city of Alden.

Beyond the crumbled walls of Alden, two opposing forces stared each other down. On the outer perimeter stood the crimson-robed priests and warriors of the Red Temple, servants of the Fire Goddess Flare. On the inner side, mages from the Sage's Tower, Alden's protectors, had gathered to fend off the invaders.

The tension was palpable, the air thick with the promise of violence. Both sides teetered on the edge of battle.

Then, in a single moment of absurdity, it happened.

"Whoops! Gotcha!" Uta appeared without warning in the heart of the battlefield. Before anyone could react, he reached out and touched the leader of the Red Temple forces, a man known only as Black Flame. A second later, the commander disintegrated into a fine, dark dust, scattered by the wind.

"KUHHHHH!"
