Chapitre 107: Rumble!

----Dai Lee Agent Flim pov----
Earthquakes were common in Ba Sing Se. Sometimes land slides would occur on the coast and rocks would pile up on the mountain side. This however was far worse then anything in the past. Even as the squadron I was in prepare to breach the home. I was a tad more afraid of the earth itself then what was supposed to be within the house.
"We breach in 1 minute!"
Old Sweepy stood surprisingly tall, He had heavy plated armor and what looked like a broom. It however didn't have hay at the end, but several needles. I thought he was just an ld man, but turned out he was intimidating. I breathed in and out placing the gravel gauntlets on.
I jumped when Old sweepy began speaking, "THOSE WITHIN THE HOUSE YOU HAVE 10 SECONDS TO SURRENDER! He turned to us, We breach in 5."
"4"
I gasped as everyone prepared. "2"
"On-"
Old Sweepy was just about to finish, but a knife flew out of a window and stabbed the agent standing next to him. I felt a tad queasy seeing all the blood come out of his throat. Old Sweepy motioned and everyone began running forward.
Thank goodness I was in the back, and explosion shot from the building blowing me backwards. I felt everything ringing and the grounds shaking just seemed to get worse. I felt prepared to throw up from all the stimuli.
Before I could get up I had a knife pointed at my throat. "Don't move."
Unfortunately i felt myself go limp and I hit the back of my head against the floor. The woman who stood over me with her knife thankfully didn't stab me. Taking everything in I saw almost everyone on the ground. i didn't see Old Sweepy though until he swung his weapon straight at he woman's head.
"Oh so close, too bad old man."
I stumbled back as Old Sweepy swung again, This time he nearly hit me. The woman I recognized as one of the people I was told to follow. I think her name was Mai? Meeting eyes with a third person I chose to stumble back more. I recognized that face anywhere, and as much as I wanted revenge. I was no match for...
My eyes widened as I saw a massive amount of houses and debris explode into the sky. The earth rumbled matching the explosion and I realized just what was happening. So doing the most sane thing possible, I got up, and walked away.
Whether my body hurt or I had a concussion, this was just getting worse. i think this is the time I should really regret my life choices. I should've moved out of Ba Sing Se with my brother. Specially after our parents died. Oh man, so much regret.
----Orin pov-----
As the ground became to rumble I realized the plan was falling into place. Truthfully this might be considered a form of terrorism.
"Arck Wh-CKav..."
I rolled my eyes at Long Feng, "Seriously your still trying to talk?"
The ground began to rumble more and more. The things on the tables began shifting and a few glasses fell and shattered. Everything was beginning to get worse, The earth king even jumped out of his seat as Azula smiled. It didn't take long until everyone began wandering and wondering.
"Looks like everyone is heading outside."
The Dai lee agents that were dealing with Toph were now closing in on me. It was obvious why, but for now I just waited. As each and every person left the palace. To walk outside and find out what was happening.
"So fun fact, The Dai lee were created by Avatar Kyoshi. Now I could lie to you and say she isn't happy with you and get the avatar in a state to summon his past life to mock you. However let's be real, none of you care about that do you?"
"Let go of Long Feng."
"Oh look at you, tough guy got a voice. If my lore is accurate you lot are the elite agents right?"
Before they got the I motioned to the rocky gauntlets on their hands. Each of them winced in pain as their fingers broke. I shook my head, "Now shall we go watch the fire works outside?"
-----Sokka pov-----
The Imoogi as Aang called it was terrifying. It was clear why it was in basically a vault, not to mentioned being chained down with a brace bolting its head to the ground. Ultimately it was difficult to see how we could free it. Though as I began looking around the room I got an idea.
Freeing the Imoogi within its cage was the first step, a water bending saw handled that. Next however was mostly the Imoogi's job, as well as bit of Aang's. Thank goodness the Imoogi was hostile, because it made the next step much easier. With the power of pressure the Vault soon erupted.
I had to assume this was terrorism, I felt a bit like a hypocrite. Though I had to give it to Aang his willingness to ride monsters was never-ending. He and the Imoogi ended up on the surface leaving most of us still in the tunnels. The chaos caused by the Imoogi though was surprisingly little besides its initial escape. Aang was thrown off by the Imoogi when it started slipping through the city.
"We should hurry it looked like it was headed to the palace."
I sighed and with a little help we got out of the tunnels and back onto the surface.
-----The Imoogi's 2nd person pov-----
Slipping through the buildings thoughts flashed. The most damage caused would be the many individuals effected by the imoogi's ability. it trailed slime and muck across the streets as it bee lined to the palace.
On a mission it climbed over the walls even as people tried to stop it. Even when Dai Lee agents, soldiers and even a few citizens tried to restrain or stop it. It plowed through any efforts to stop it, normally to catch one of its kind you had to wait until it was hibernating in shallow water. Maybe use some darts of a special variety. At this moment though, no could stop it.
----Orin pov-----
I had to be crazy because the Imoogi smashed through the western wall. A few small nets seemed stuck on it. However I freaked a little when it started barreling toward me and Long Feng. Pushing him into the way i dived away and down a small shitty staircase. Unfortunately or well fortunately it seemed it only wanted Long Feng as it grabbed him in its scaly arm and smashed through yet another wall. The crowd gathered to watch as Long Feng screamed for help as it weaved through the buildings and eventually over the walls of Ba Sing Se.
Toph spoke next to me, "Was that thing the monster in the tunnels?"
"Yeah, Yeah it was..."
"It just took Long Feng."
I nodded, "Yeah, Yeah it did Toph. Before you ask, I have no idea why. Though I think i can go out on a limb and say it held a grudge."
Would this put a damper on the... I jumped up and looked back at the west wall. That was where the Earth king and Azula were. I sighed when I saw her waving at me. I really didn't need to worry about her did I?
Taking a second I figured this was the best time to take control of the situation.
-----Oh so i realized some might confuse the Imagi and the Imoogi. Two different water beasts I thought it was funny.-----
