19th March

Connor and Autumn walked into school, meeting their friends on the way. "So, when are you dissing the specks?"

"Saturday. They're been traded in for reading glasses."

"So, it's getting better?"

"Yeah. I guess it will never be 100% again."

"I'm sorry Autumn."

"I know. "

"Are you sure that you are going to be okay, seeing Harding this morning?"

"I guess."

The bell rang confirming rhsg everyone had to get to registration. "We'll see you guys at break."

"Later Con, Dan, Autumn."

"Later guys."

The friends all separated, going in different directions to registration.

Connor, Dan and Autumn continued down the corridor. "So, are you going to be okay with Harding this morning?"

She looked over at the door where Matthew Harding stood with his arms crossed. "I guess I'm about to find out."

"Tell us what happened at break."

"Okay. I'll see you guys later."

"Later babe."

"Later red."

She swallowed and walked away.

"I hope he goes easy on her."
