A man that after being thrown on DC as an Atlantean is reborn again after being killed, he finds himself as the twin of Shirahoshi.

With this, due to Poseidon's influence, and his connection with the sea due to his past as an Atlantean, he awakens a peculiar ability for this world, the ability to control water.
