After three days.
It had been a long time since Arata had devoured a ghoul to strengthen his soul, which was growing stronger with every passing second.
The three days passed quickly as he prepared to bring back Harutora's memories as a Yakou.
"All preparations are complete, Master," said Takiko, walking over to Arata, who was staring at the city below.
"I see," replied Arata, getting up and walking over to Takiko. "And what about Harutora?"
"He's unconscious on the altar," Takiko said as she walked beside Arata to the place of the altar.
Arata decided to use a certain Ritual in addition to Raven's Wing that would bring back Harutora's memories as a Yakou.
If it was just a flashback, using Raven's Wing and Takiko's treasure would be enough, and there would be no need for the Ritual.
The benefit of this Ritual is to allow Arata to freely access Harutora's memories.
Arata had no intention of asking Harutora for his Taizan Fukun Ritual after recovering his memories because he doubted that Harutora would simply hand them over to him.
That's why he planned to get the Taizan Fukun Ritual while Harutora regained his memories.
Obtaining the Taizan Fukun Ritual from Harutora's memories would allow him to achieve his goal of the Great Soul Ritual.
"Has anyone found this place?" asked Arata, looking at Harutora, who was sleeping peacefully on the altar.
"Nobody found it thanks to Shiro using an illusion to hide the place," Takiko replied, quickly remembering something and adding, "But Natsume might be able to get here because she's your Shikigami."
Shikigami and their Masters have a special connection, and if Natsume could exploit that connection, she would be able to find Arata's location.
"It doesn't matter," Arata said indifferently because it wouldn't matter, even if Natsume could pass through Shiro's illusion, she still couldn't reach their location.
Arata was currently being pursued by all the Onmyouji in Japan, so he had put up a very strong barrier around the place, borrowing the power of the Gods of the four directions.
As for his crimes, they were numerous, such as stealing a national treasure, Raven's Wing, as well as cutting off the hand of Kagami Reiji, one of the Twelve Divine Generals, and using the Taboo Ritual, etc.
Despite all the crimes he was said to have committed, Arata didn't care much because he had explained everything to Kyouko, and that was the most important thing.
Regarding being tracked down by Onmyouji, Arata didn't care because he would leave this world after obtaining the Great Soul Ritual and wouldn't return anytime soon.
"I'll count on you to maintain the barrier," Arata said, looking at Takiko, who was using her spirit power to sustain the barrier that Arata had erected.
"Leave it to me, I won't let anyone in," Takiko said confidently and put more spiritual strength into the barrier.
"So, shall we begin now?" murmured Arata as he approached the altar, gently urging the lying Harutora.
*Applause*
"Sarva ô sarva namah tatha ū sarva gatebhyah," Arata began the incantation very quickly, releasing an incomprehensible spiritual force.
As soon as Arata started the incantation, Takiko opened the cage that contained Raven's Wing.
At that moment, Raven's Wing was a raven with three legs and magatama eyes.
Whoop!!
The Raven's Wing let out a shrill squawk and charged towards Harutora with great speed.
Upon contact with Harutora's body, the crow's shape changed into a kind of liquid, enveloping Harutora's body.
Moments later, the liquid solidified, becoming a black battle suit with a pair of crow's wings.
Whoop!!
Another squawk sounded as Raven's Wing tried to take control of Harutora's body and escape.
But Arata was prepared for this, and there were hundreds of powerful spells that bound Harutora's body, preventing him from moving completely.
As Arata continued his incantation, his spiritual power shot into the sky, causing the formation of many visual phenomena.
Although Shiro used an illusion to try to conceal the Heaven-Piercing Spiritual Power, she couldn't succeed. The amount and density of the Spiritual Power were on a whole other level, and it was impossible to conceal it with an illusion.

"It has begun," murmured Kurahashi Genji as he stared at the visual phenomena produced by Arata's tremendous spiritual power.
Although Genji had thought that Arata would regain his memories as a Yakou once he obtained Raven's Wing, it seemed that Arata needed to perform a certain Ritual in addition. He also needed to sacrifice someone with Tsuchimikado blood in their veins.
Surely, this was all just lies made up by Arata to prevent suspicion about kidnapping Harutora and to hide the fact that he wasn't Yakou's reincarnation.
Arata didn't want to make Genji his enemy, even if it was just temporary, as he needed his help to hide his tracks and banish all the Twelve Divine Generals from Tokyo.
Genji soon heard hurried footsteps approaching where he was.
"Sir, we have located the first-class criminal Tsuchimikado Arata," the person who arrived hastily exclaimed.
"Gather all available Onmyouji immediately, and we'll head to the place right away," Genji ordered calmly, seemingly unaffected by the sudden intrusion.
"As you command," the Onmyouji said respectfully, preparing to leave and carry out Genji's orders, but stopped upon hearing Genji's voice.
"Bring the criminal Dairenji Suzuka here," Genji said, seemingly deep in thought. "At this time, when the Twelve Divine Generals are far from Tokyo, we need to use everything available."
Genji had sent the Twelve Divine Generals to the countryside and remote areas, under the pretense that Arata might be hiding in those places.
"Right away," the Onmyouji replied and couldn't help but admire Genji, who didn't hesitate to release a criminal to protect the people and catch a dangerous criminal like Arata.

Onmyou Academy.
"This spiritual power," Natsume murmured seriously as she looked at the spiritual power piercing through the sky, seemingly growing endlessly.
"It's Arata," said Touji, who had transformed into Namanari's form the moment he sensed the spiritual power.
"Can you sense Arata's whereabouts using the Master and Shikigami link?" Touji asked, looking at Natsume.
Natsume had been trying to sense Arata's whereabouts ever since he stole Raven's Wing, but it seemed that Arata was trying to hide his spiritual strength, making it difficult to pinpoint him.
Though not just that, the spiritual power in Tokyo was unstable due to the recent spiritual disasters, making it impossible to locate Arata.
"I can," Natsume nodded and pointed in the direction of the Spiritual Force in the sky. "It's 15,473 meters in that direction."
"Then let's go see this idiot and find out why he did all this," Touji said, smiling happily because he would finally be able to find out why his friend did all these things.
Honestly, despite what everyone said about Arata being Yakou's reincarnation and doing all this to bring back memories of his past life, Touji didn't believe it.
Some even speculated that this was Yakou's plan, which had continued since his past life, and he decided to complete it in his current life.
Touji had known Arata for years, and he understood Arata's personality well. He could confidently say that there was no way Arata would do all this to bring back memories of his past life or to complete some elaborate plan from his past.
Touji couldn't fathom that Arata, with his carefree personality, who liked to do mischievous things, would have such a serious purpose.
"That's right," Natsume nodded, smiling slightly, as she felt sorry that things had escalated to this point. "Come here, Hokuto."
Upon Natsume's call, an oriental dragon at least 50 meters tall, with yellow scales and red eyes, appeared.
"Let's go," Natsume said, climbing onto Hokuto's back, with Touji following suit.
As they set off toward Arata's location, each had their own thoughts.
Would things have turned out differently if they hadn't been separated since Susuza's accident?
Or could Natsume have changed his mind if she had been by his side, stopping him from trying to recover his memories as a Yakou?
She didn't understand why things had come to this point, and she genuinely wished they could return to how they were a year ago.
A year ago, everything was fine. They were all hanging out, having fun, and they didn't have to fight against each other.
Even Kyouko, who refused to leave her room since Arata became a wanted criminal and didn't want to talk to anyone, didn't know that Arata had asked her to do this to keep her safe and not be considered his accomplice in crime.
Arata knew he was going to leave this world soon, so he didn't care about the consequences of his actions. But Kyouko was different, and he didn't want her to become a criminal with him.
Arata didn't plan to take Kyouko with him to the world of Owari no Seraph at the moment because he was a human, unlike Shiro and Takiko, who could transform into spirit forms.
As Touji and Natsume set off, each in their own thoughts, they couldn't help but wonder about the events that led to this point. And with determination, they headed towards Arata's location, hoping to uncover the truth behind his actions.
