But this is impossible, the fastest recorded for low levels is 9 feet per second and this is the speed of Pure Speed Type Assassin in Level 20.
This means that not even a pure speed type can hit Lou, and with this kind of ability he can dodge the attack before it hit.
Even though he feel proud, he can't still feel bitter in the end, the consumption is huge, 100 Mp is huge for blow level like him, right now he have negative Intelligence, meaning he don't have any additional Mp on his pocket, the Mp left is the natural Mp of a Level 1.
He only have 20 Mp, and that means he can't use the skill he made, and that means it was a useless skill and he waste his intelligence like that.

While lament to his own idiocy, he suddenly remember a Manga he read in the past, a super OP Mc with super OP specs.
If he can re-create that special ability, maybe having Mana will never become a problem.
