Chapitre 68: Amazing Discovery
Late afternoon Lou and Onodera decide to try the recipe that Onodera just learn, it's pretty easy dish with strange addition on top.
Haruna also with them, she join after hearing that Onodera get a Cooking Skill this noon so she want to see the effect of the skill.
Inside of the Cooking Club, three people is standing infront of the kitchen sink.
"Onion."
"Here."
"Garlic."
"Here."
"Coriander."
"Got it."
"Slice Chicken, Potatoes, Carrot, Oil, Salt, and pepper."
Haruna take everything out and reply." Everything is here."
"Good let's start."
Everything is prepared already, no need to cut do they just let Onodera do everything on her own.
The cooking process is pretty easy, just saute all ingredients into large pan and simmer it until the meat become tender.
Just like normal cooking front heir eyes.
Nothing strange added, nothing seems wrong, everything is perfect, same as ordinary curry.
"So what is the change from the ordinary from your recipe?"
"Wait a second and you will see."
After cooking for half hour, a fresh cook Chicken Curry with rice on a white porcelain plate is finally presented on them.
"The color is good."
*Sniff
"The smell is right."
Lou spoon a portion of it.
"The thickness of the sauce is just right."
Then Lou take a bite, he chewed carefully and finally said.
"The taste is same, nothing much for ordinary curry rice, so what's the differences?"
"Here."
Onodera click something in the air and the pop-up window appear.

Use: Restore 12 health over 10 sec, eating will give you good buff, 1 Strength, 1 Stamina, 1 Agility, +5 Fire Resistance for 1 hour.

"With using ordinary ingredients you create a powerful buff on your own."
Normal, food can give 4 status buff at same time, there's only 2 stats on one food and it require so many precious ingredients and a high rank Chef Class to make it making Chef Class slightly useful than other useless class.
But her cooking is abnormal, 3 status and 2 resistance bonus is something even the mose powerful Chef Class can make, much more Onodera only use common ingredients.
