Chapitre 29: Chapter 29: He's gone.

 Somehow, our crew managed to survive while two of the Mayor's men lay barely conscious on the ground, and the rest of them dead. We made it to the church unscathed too, leading Sam to believe most of the Mayor's men had fallen during our battle. 

 Good, I thought. If there are anymore, I'd kill them with my bare hands. Especially the one who took Shilo. 

 Sam and one of his men were siphoning gasoline from a nearby car while me and the girl, Kayla, and the other man whose name I didn't know waited behind the church. 

 My entire body was still hot with rage. If he hurt Shilo... I took deep breaths trying to calm my anger, but it was proving to be futile. Suddenly, I remembered the pack of cigarettes that had been living in my pocket ever since this whole thing started. I pulled the pack from my pocket and pulled on out. I put it between my lips and lit it.
