Akashi's voice echoed in the grand hall, cold and unyielding making the queen tremble. "I don't have her here," the queen insisted, her defiant gaze meeting Akashi's even when her body was trying to get away from him.

Akashi's eyes narrowed, taking a slow step closer, his towering presence casting a shadow over the queen. "Cortonia, They say you were banished from the land of outcasts for your 'better-developed abilities,' but I know why you were really kicked out." He smirked, watching as queen Narissa instinctively stepped back. "I was there when it happened."

The queen's face twitched in suppressed anger, her posture stiffening. She didn't want anyone to know that name.

She had put in a lot of effort to get rid of anyone who would reveal her true identity to the king.

Not that it would make a huge difference now.
