Baek-Hyun immediately understood that his feelings were being passed on to Hae-won through the mark and he was feeling the pain he was feeling. It made him guilty.
Hae-won stretched out his hands, inviting him for a hug.
"It's alright." He consoled, though he was the one who couldn't stop crying. "It's going to be alright."
Baek-Hyun clutched on Hae-won's dress, trying not to cry but he couldn't help it. Being consoled only made him soft and a few tear drops rolled down his eyes.
"We'll scale through this, all three of us." Hae-won once again reassured. "So don't be in pain. It's terrible."
They stayed like that for a while and when Hae-won felt his emotions had calmed down, he let go.
"Are you better now?" Hae-won asked and he nodded. "So, what are we going to do about this?"
Baek-Hyun was silent, but then he sighed and said,
"I don't know."
