Dennis, who knitted his eyebrows in fake annoyance to avoid embarrassment, let out a rebellious snort upon realizing it and then adjusted his position.

"Ah, Dean.. Good morning"

She was surprised to look at him, raising her hand from his face that she was feeling, then her lips faltered in silence and she did not know how to respond.

"Good morning" He smiled.

“...Are you sick?”

They both added at the same time. She smiled at him with a radiant look while his mind went blank.

“Oh, no” “I’m fine” He replied. His hoarse voice came out soothing.

He was happy and cheerful at the same time.

The girl who had made his heart flutter at first sight was now close to him.

“I’m fine” he said hoarsely, relaxing, then added.

“The blanket was warm enough, that’s why… I guess!”

“Oh”

he explained briefly. Despite his attempt to be gentle on the outside, his fierce, cold gaze betrayed him.
