Chapitre 33: CHAPTER 33: SPREADING HER WINGS 2

"When it comes to the members' part, I haven't fully thought much about it. I wanted to do a trial run first to show people that the club is genuine and not the type of establishment that would take money and run."

"My target was the lower social class, who are struggling to make ends meet on a daily basis, so the fees were generally going to be lower, which will also lower the returns that they will receive at the end of the project."

"However, now that I've met you, I suppose that can also be changed. I'll start thinking about the wealthy members, those who can afford it, and it will be through these members that other initiatives that other members cannot afford can be completed."

"At the moment, if you want to collaborate with me, we can cooperate on a different matter and discuss another time when everything is sorted regarding the club," Tapiwa said to Thandeka, who was busy playing with the cup of tea.

"Oh, another type of collaboration! What kind would that be?" she wondered.

She never imagined that in so many words, Tapiwa would not only tell her the amount of capital she would need to invest in order to become a member but would also tell her about more cooperation.

Tapiwa kept her smile on as she spoke to Thandeka.

Despite her strong desire for the money, she was not going to make rash decisions. The club would become her legacy, and she would not let anyone take it away from her.

Some people appear to be angels, but when greed sets in, it is the same people who will stab you in the back and take everything from you.

So, until she made up her mind about the member tier payments, she was going to take part in a completely different type of collaboration, one that would reward her a lot of silver if done well.

"I heard your family owns the well-known restaurant chains in Karoba. I might have a few recipes that can help your restaurants become even more famous and earn you a lot more money in the future. Do you want to have a deal with me?" She asked the lady gently, with a mischievous smirk on her face.

Thandeka could tell that trouble was on its way when she saw Tapiwa's smile, but when she heard the proposal, she couldn't help but be intrigued.

"Tell me about it, and if I'm interested, we'll make a deal!" Thandeka insisted.

As a result, Tapiwa began her brainwashing moments without revealing too much about the recipes.

With so many exquisite recipes she saw in her dream, it will take her an eternity to savor every single meal made from them.

She had seen recipes from all around the world or worlds, so she wasn't restricted to what her kingdom or continent had.

Because Karoba was not near a sea or a river, they didn't eat as much marine food as places near seas or rivers.

Tapiwa would fish here and there even when she was at home because a river ran just a few kilometers from her land.

So, she wanted to bring this type of delicacy to the city, making it highly unique and attracting many more people to Thandeka's family restaurants.

Thandeka was so taken with everything that she immediately sent her maid to summon her husband, who evidently has the last say in the household.

Tapiwa painstakingly repeated what she told Thandeka in front of Thandeka's husband, Moses Nyikadzino, and Moses was astounded.

Tapiwa, Thandeka, and Moses signed a business deal two hours later in which Tapiwa sold three dried seafood recipes. Steamed minced pork with salted fish and dried fish broth, peanut fish stew.

Tapiwa was required to demonstrate to the head chefs from these various restaurants how to cook these dishes, and she had a great time recreating these things she had never had before.

And because she hadn't tried them yet, she was not sure how they'd turn out. And whatever taste came out, she was convinced that everyone would just accept it as the way it was supposed to be.

That was the most significant advantage of being the only person who knew about anything.

Unfortunately, she was unable to practice cooking these dishes prior to selling the recipes. However, the following time she would only sell recipes she felt confident in.

Nonetheless, despite her internal conflict, she skillfully recreated the dishes in a serene demeanor.

When she sold these recipes the day before, she had no idea Thandeka and her folks would be able to provide her with the dried fish she needed so quickly that she would have to enter the kitchen the next day.

Their efficiency in accomplishing tasks was genuinely outstanding.

They all tasted the dishes and were all quite pleased with the finished product.

All the steps were properly put down in the order she remembered them.

She wasn't a fool to sell a recipe she had forgotten about. She would never make such a daring error that would send her to her death.

Tapiwa was thrilled when she finally had nearly two gold coins in her pocket after only nearly two weeks in Karoba.

This sum was sufficient for her to begin her project. At the very least, she can walk with her head held high and firmly declare that she can do it.

Although she wasn't able to earn more money by selling club memberships, she was delighted she saved Ruth and thus was able to negotiate a successful business contract that paid her a lot of money.

This was a lot more money than she had ever seen in her life. She felt fantastic since she had so much money in her pocket.

She couldn't stop thinking about Chipo, her business partner, whom she had abandoned in Guche. She couldn't stop thinking about what she was doing right now.

Was everything in order or what? Was the money sufficient to realize and achieve everything they had planned?

All of these questions were on her mind, but she had no method of finding answers.

Tapiwa was finally free to carry out her previous objectives after dealing with the Nyikadzino family.
