Yasmin impatiently chewed on the insides of her cheeks. She had been locked inside the bedroom since she got home, Declan strictly forbidding her to go out until he called her. She peered at the door, wanting to open it slightly and see what he was doing. But she also didn't want to ruin the surprise he had planned for her.

She could hardly hold herself back. The bed on which she sat seemed to prick her buttocks. Curiosity pushed its way from her stomach to her throat, urging her to get up and walk out.
