  On the morning of my wedding, I woke up feeling miserable. I didn't want to think about the kiss from the night before. I didn't want to think about the fact that my body had responded to the kiss like it had. And I didn't want to think about what Makai would have to say when I told him what had happened.

  We had agreed that there would be no strippers. We talked about it and knew that there was no other man or woman that could satisfy either of us, so we agreed to have no strippers at the parties. I didn't care what others were saying about it being what is 'expected' of bachelor parties.

  Makai and I were not the typical couple. We didn't care about those things. We cared about being together and being happy. And right now, I wasn't happy. And when Makai found out that I had essentially cheated on him, he wouldn't be happy either.
