Synopsis
Shirley was in a dilemma, she has two options, first, to trust her gut feelings or second, to wait it out.
Her instincts have never betrayed her but if she followed them this time, she was sure of her defeat. She can’t live in doubt. That is not how she lives her life. She gives her all or nothing. She has given her everything to this relationship. She has turned her back on rumors. And now, all of it has come to this point. It's now or never, she has never regretted a single thing in her life and she sure not was starting with this. So she took a deep breath and took the plunge.
Aaron was drowning in a sea of despair. He had declared her guilty in his own warped sense of justice by jumping to the conclusion. What he had thought of her betrayal turned out to be his misunderstanding. But what could be done now? She was gone, left without a trace.
How could he ever ask for forgiveness, nonetheless, a second chance when she is not here? Even if she was here does he deserve her forgiveness?
In the end, it was he who had abandoned her without giving it a second thought.
What will happen when destiny gives him a second chance? Will he be able to grasp it with both hands or let it slip like sand between his clenched fists?
Or there will be someone else who would whisk her away?

I'm hoping that you are regular with updates. I have enjoyed this since the first chapter. I like her character, she's been through Hell, and instead of wallowing, she's goingvto do something about it. Right now, the dumbass, he can go to Hell! Keep going!

Gosh what an amazing book! The pace was just right and it matched the length of the story. The tags are not wrong...The tragedy of the story stand out as well as the betrayal. Most times these tags are like bumps in the story but this time they all stood out. I love seeing how the the MC got over her difficulties and how strong she became but at the same time how kind, how caring and how considerate. I really look for to your next finished work author! 😃😃😃

I watched a video and the name is a second chance at love n it was interesting...so when I came across this novel with the same name I had this thing that made me wanna read it. And I hope that it will turn out same even more interesting
Other than grammer issues its a mystery and love affair rolled into one. It can take you on an emotional roller coaster if you read it in depth.
Why leave me on a cliffhanger I need more this book is just too interesting and I love it so much I just want to keep reading it please add more chapters soon
I don't know if I like the story or not... I will keep reading for now and see what the future will bring to the table... give it a try maybe you will like it.
A realistic approach to heartbreak. The characters are relatable and you can really feel what they are going through. Story development is bit slow but as of the time of this review we are only 35 chapters in so that's understandable. Overall if you are looking for a fresh start novel, I would give this a try!
I love her character. She's been delivered a huge blow, that she could have let destroy her, but she didn't let it. She made sure she stuck up for herself, and is now trying to move on, to do what she can to heal. I'm excited to see where her journey takes her.
Great story but ended too quickly. The male and female leads were great and the character development was awesome. The story needed to be fleshed out more. But overall I enjoyed. Thank you author.

I just started reading this novel and I was taken in how well the characters where defined and presented. The writing style of the author really focuses on the characters and events surrounding them. I can not wait to read the rest of the novel.
