One hour later…
"Are you sure these people have not left us here to die? They've been gone for so long,"
Lisa complained, tired of quarelling with Rufus.
"Instead of asking stupid questions, use your brain to think of how we can escape from here," Rufus scolded.
That's what he's been doing and his brain was already saturated with so much thinking yet none of the ideas that came to mind, looked like it would work.
"Why do I need to think? Who landed us here in the first place. If you had not offended goodness knows who, we wouldn't be here," she retorted and glared at Rufus who had refused to say what he had done and who he had offended to land the in this mess.
From all what that man had said before they left, it was pretty clear that Rufus had done something. And she couldn't just dismiss the feeling that it had something to do with Grace but she couldn't be too sure also.
