Absolutely love this book. 🥰 There was a part where it got a bit dragging but it's just a teeny tiny bit, hehe the story is full of funny lines and heartfelt love quotes and cheesy pickup lines. 😂 The ML is a big vat of vinegar but the FL is sooo good at placating him that makes up for all kinds of funny situations. 😂 For me, this book is very well written as it keeps you guessing and entertains you with laughter and warmth at the same time. 😊 Highly recommended. 💯
wow! wow! wow! wow! I'm so happy I didn't quit this novel... love it so much. there was a reason for Si Yehans behavior. I love the comedy, romance and Ye Wanwan's character. it just gets more interesting. 2 time reading it now

it's my third time rereading this after 5 years and the warmth i feel inside stays the same. si yehan is one of the most complex characters i've ever seen. destructive yet benign, cold yet warm, aloof yet deeply cares deep down. such an amazing character with such an amazing character development. im truly amazed every time. there's so much depth to him and what he's been through for him to turn out the way he is really put things into perspective. plus lets not forget wanwan and her sweet talking skills ;) truly out of this world. and am i the only one who finds wanwan being shameless so adorable? great master wanwan teach me thy ways! i remember that when i initially started reading this in 2019 and saw wanwan being shameless, then me was INSPIRED by her character lol. back then i was really shy and quiet never speaking out my thoughts. wanwan changed that somehow. though still shy sometimes, ive been more loud and able to express myself. she's truly my role model though some may disagree with wanwan's "shameless" nature being something to look up to. i think her fearlessness is truly something to admire. ive grown with this novel. my first time reading it being in 2019, second somewhere in the year 2021 and now 2024. the impact this novel has on me is something mere words can't express. without it, i might not have grown into the person i am now. so lastly, i want to thank the author for such an amazing piece of art. your work has truly inspired and influenced us. in my heart, there's truly no better novel than perfect secret love❤️
How can a person write this kind of master piece 😱😱😱😱😱 Author's humor is really amazing Ye wanwan's charector is just fabulous She is brilliant and too much funny also 😂😂😂
I really really loved this book. It was witty and enchanting The only thing I have a question about is Emperor Ji and what he had. I feel so sad for him. But other than that GREATTTT STORY!!!
it's a ready good book I also read the comic version it's the best. it's very fun to read and has great plot I wonder why this book hasn't been rated more.
I have followed this novel to anywhere I can find it. I would LOVE a sequel that explains a few characters background stories. Keep writing!

People says that the ml is toxic as he locked the fl and rapes her. Let me tell you it's fl who ruined ml's life when he was peacefully conquering the whole independent state . She enter in his life made him love her, when he was totally alone with no one except a mother who feds him poison to control him, slept with him , lied to him about her identity and the disappered without trace and then give birth to his son secretly , going back to him crying her eyes out ,telling him to erase her memory and he did erased everything and after she fell in 'love' with another man . She selfishly forget her pain while the pain of ml in his heart watch his woman crying and try to kill herself along with pain that she forgot their love and loved another man now remained killing him. Tell me whose in the wrong .

This used to be my escape from reality, it saved me, and somehow while waiting for the updates, I forgot to come back to it. I can no longer remember what this story was about but seeing how I reached ch 737 I knew this was the novel that was always lingering in the back of my mind. Thank you for the translation and giving my younger self something to look forward to in life.

So it's been 3 years since I read this book and decided to read it again because I miss it so much, and the comic is not finished 🥲 anyway. Goodness! after all this year.. I am still freaking love this book.. Don't forget about the other story, which is full mark hidden. they are the best! I'm really hands-down 🙌🙌 to the author for creating this amazing story. 😘😘 I hope there is more story like this.. please author write more story. (in english) 😅😅 xoxo
I just finished reading this oneeeeee!!!! To say that I love it is an understatement! I love the story! I did not expect there were a lot of things that were still under wrap! I was taken aback wirh each plot twist.
This is the second book Ive read after the Hidden Marriage, at the time I was switching both books waiting for updates and I couldn't believe I was able to finish both books! I was never that patient enough but for these books, its all worth it. They were all part of my teenhood! They introduced me to chinese novels that at that time I didn't know I would love!
