The people here preferred the primitive way of living. Most men would take their baths in the nearby ponds, while women would be assigned with a bathtub. The bathtub was a water container with a higher depth, enough for a lady to fit half her body.
Gu Xijiu was assigned with one of the containers when she first got here. However, she thought that it was too small, so she only used it for her feet. Instead, she went into the mountains and found a piece of solid wood. She then carved it and turned it into a bathtub.
She only wanted to make it more practical, so she did not put much emphasis on its aesthetics. The tub was spacious enough to fit a tall man.
Di Fuyi took a look at the finishing of the tub and gave his honest opinions, "The wall of the tub is a little rough. It may not be so comfortable to lay in it."
Gu Xijiu was agitated. "This is all that I can offer. Leave it if you don't like it."
