Chapitre 12: 12. 106..

---

**Naruto's POV:**

As I rushed towards the casino, my mind raced through the various implications and consequences of my actions. Orochimaru wouldn't be attacking Tsunade now, which meant she wouldn't overcome her hemophobia. That also meant she might never find the determination to become Hokage, and that would ruin all my plans.

To be honest, I'm not the Naruto who can insult the "106 Goddess," get beaten to a pulp by her, and then somehow win her over and even get a kiss. He uses *Talk no Jutsu* like a passive ability. As these thoughts consumed me, I couldn't help but question myself.

*Can't I just use the evidence I have to convince Tsunade to become Hokage?* After all, she's a Senju—it comes with its advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, I could definitely succeed in taking down Danzo. On the other hand, I probably wouldn't form the same bond with her as the original Naruto did. Of course, there's no way I'm calling her *Baachan*—I'm sure you'd agree with me on that.

But I still needed to get close to her somehow. I was never good at emotional stuff. The only thing I could think of was making her see Nawaki in me, but that was out of the question. My pride wouldn't allow it.

As I pondered this, something clicked in my mind. *What am I even worried about? The relationship Tsunade had wasn't with me—it was with that idiot. Just a month ago, I declared I would walk my own path and fight my battles my own way. So why am I stressing over whether or not I form a good bond with Tsunade? I won't change myself for some stupid plan. My goal is to see Danzo dead. Building a good bond with Tsunade is irrelevant.*

I added as an afterthought, *Well, maybe it should be decent—I wouldn't want to make my future Kage angry.*

**Third-Person POV:**

Naruto soon arrived at the bar and spotted Jiraiya and Tsunade locked in a tense staring contest, while Shizune stood to the side, looking shell-shocked. Naruto's attention immediately shifted to Tsunade. He stared at her for a moment before mentally slapping himself. *What am I even doing? I'm loyal to Hina-chan.*

A/N: I even find it cringe-worthy as I write it.

Tsunade and Jiraiya turned their attention to Naruto.

"So, this is your new student? Not surprising, considering who his father is," Tsunade said. Jiraiya laughed, clearly proud.

"Yep, and he's a promising one," he replied.

Tsunade's expression darkened as she continued, "Anyway, my answer remains the same: I refuse to become the Hokage of that village."

Bitterness laced her tone when she mentioned the village. Naruto, however, grew excited. *That's not what she said in the original. Is it because she knows I'm not a brat and there's no need to hide things from me? This might be my chance.*

Naruto approached the table and addressed Tsunade directly. "I'd like to challenge you," he said.

The room went silent as everyone waited for Tsunade's response. Jiraiya, curious about Naruto's plan, stayed quiet.

---

**Naruto's POV:**

*This plan is riskyand stupid, but it's the most effective.*

Tsunade looked taken aback but quickly regained her composure. "I didn't think you'd be so impulsive, brat," she said, glancing at Jiraiya, who still didn't intervene. She smirked. "Fine. It's a good opportunity to teach you not to let success go to your head."

We left the casino and faced off outside.

Tsunade looked prepared to attack without holding back, her taijutsu stance peculiar yet intimidating. I decided to test my limits and engaged her in a taijutsu spar.

The moment our fists collided, I cursed myself. How could I have forgotten to learn *Strange Fist*? Even with chakra reinforcing my body, I could feel her punches down to my bones. Realizing it was unwise to keep trading blows, I created some distance.

I braced myself for ridicule, but Tsunade didn't let up. She rushed at me with surprising Kage-level speed. Knowing I couldn't dodge, I raised my hands and created a giant Rasengan. Her punch dispersed it, but it bought me enough time to retreat again.

I quickly formed over fifty shadow clones, all wielding Rasengan. Tsunade's expression grew tense. As I prepared to launch my attack, Jiraiya stepped in and grabbed my shoulder, stopping me.

I deliberately said something stupid. "So, I won, right?"

Tsunade's anger flared as she stomped toward me. But suddenly, we were interrupted.

**Third-Person POV:**

Two strangers in black robes adorned with red clouds appeared, exuding an ominous aura. One looked like he had killed his own parents, while the other resembled… a fish?

Jiraiya's expression darkened as he muttered, "Akatsuki."

Tsunade grew wary, while Naruto was stunned by their perfect timing.

"Itachi-san, what should we do? That white-haired guy must be Jiraiya, and the busty blonde is the 'Big Fat Sheep.' Should we retreat?" Kisame asked.

Itachi replied calmly, "Tsunade is currently suffering from hemophobia, and the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki is only quasi-Kage level. The only threat here is Jiraiya, but together, we can handle him."

Jiraiya turned to Naruto. "You're staying out of this fight," he ordered. Naruto nodded blankly.

Realizing the severity of the situation, Tsunade assumed a fighting stance. Kisame lunged at her, unable to contain himself, while Jiraiya engaged Itachi.

Naruto quickly escorted Shizune to a safer location, already planning his next move.

The battle was intense. Jiraiya struggled against Itachi's genjutsu but managed to counter it with sheer spiritual strength—unlike a certain snake. Meanwhile, Tsunade fought Kisame but struggled due to her lack of training, her movements rough and unpolished.
