sooooo... what is the book about author-san? synopsis reveal a whole bunch of nothing, chapters are untitled so even less can be discerned by looking at the chapter list, of the total of 3 tags here only the "highschool dxd" gives a hint on the story but one can't discern if that is the universe that the story takes place in or if it only has elements of that universe finaly: the fic's title. first i thought about the "sword art online" anime, but i can't discern if that will be the universe the story takes place in or if mc just has powers from the anime, or if it is just a play on words that reference other franchises and this fic is actualy "sword art online" free(i fell to that before). the "soul" part of the title is also confusing, as it may be a reference to the game "dark souls"(again, unknown if it is the universe the story takes place in or if it just has elements of the franchise), or the "souls like" game genra as a whole, indicating most likely that either the story's tone is dark and mc will be in constant strugle and danger, or maybe that mc has a "souls like" system, the "souls" word in the title may also be referencing another franchise i can't think of, or be just a word of impact that dosen't reference anything at all, or it may also be referencing an original plot point of the fic overall, i have no idea if i should give this fic a try or not. from the possibilities i spotted it may either align with my tastes greatly or be one of those things i woulden't touch with a mile long pole! please make it clearer what is your target demografic here author-san! i doubt many would care to try out a book that is such a shot in the dark like this. could i have had my answers if i had red chapter 1 instead of writing this review? probably yes, but i dislike gambleling myself

The legend is back on WN. There is no need to think about it people. It was written by the CrossEdge the GOAT himself. I read this on FF. I'm loving the idea about the Worldbuilding and Plot. I won't spoil anything. But these types of Fics are usually a nightmare to write and organize. And you chose the two hardest genres and combined them. But as usual you deliver Premium Quality chapters.

This story is surprisingly good, I was a little turned off about the fact that there's another reincarnator aside from the MC but this doesn't really affect the story quality that much. it's pretty high quality and not a lot of grammatical errors. and this being said in the dxd world is very interesting.

This fanfic is very unique. It features settings reminiscent of Sword Art Online but adds its own twist. I like it a lot. Our protagonist is floating around without much ambition. He lacks any cheats, despite the previous reincarnator before him obtaining the Sephiroth Graal. The main reason I’m reading this is that it includes a harem, which I love. I hope the MC can win over all the heroines because I would hate to see a heroine introduced only to end up with someone else. So far, there isn't much world-building or lore in the game, but I will keep reading it regardless, unless it gets discontinued. Hopefully, it won’t, and the author can turn this into a masterpiece.

I have always been a big fan of CrossEdge’s works, so finding this on here is a pleasant surprise. CrossEdge tends to do things in a way that makes it work even when in a normal situation i would hate it, like the fact that i hate seeing multiple perspectives in a novel but here its almost like I want to see the whole story from those other characters prospectives. My favorite example of this is chapter 11 from Venelana’s pov made me kinda want to read another fanfic with her as the protagonist and I don’t even personally like to read female protagonist novels.

This fanfic is one of the rare gems you can find here. To summarise what I want to say is, this FF is in the world of DXD with a plot of sword art online in it. There are two people who are reincarnated into this FF, but dw it won't be a problem. It's like a senior 'Gamer' looking out for his new junior 'Gamer' who came to his universe(if you get wt iam sayin). As for the romance part, it's "Vene****" (try figuring the character from DXD). The character development is Good 👍 .

Love it so far, especially the world itself. Every time I have seen an author try and combine worlds into one it has come out feeling forced or disjointed, but this story feels natural. Also, I like that the MC is just a normal human, no sacred gear or bloodline, just a normal human with the amazing ability to make references. The writing quality it top-notch with few if any grammar errors and a smooth and enjoyable writing style.

Another peak fic by Cross. So synopsis, MC reincarnates into DXD though doesn’t know that at first. A VRMMORPG by the name of SAO releases one day, and while it’s is similar to the SAO anime, it’s not the same. Anyway, trapped in death game, gotta get stronger, level up, and escape. Won’t say more to avoid spoilers but please do check it out.

Being truthful, I bash most stories on this site, 84% are trash, 10% are readable, 5% are good and 1% or less are great. This. Is. A. Great. Story. No seriously, give it a chance and read half a dozen chapters and you'll be hooked. A bit of a awkward start for me tbh, as I had trouble understanding it's relation to DxD but it does as it progresses. I'd like to see a little bit more munchkinery but apart from that, you've set it up well for future plot lines and twists, not to mention Haki possibilities. Looking forward to reading more.

No era lo que esperaba, para una mejor sinopsis, mc es un reencarnado, mientras estaba muy aburrido de su vida común y corriente, al ver un juego mmo con vibras de Sao, decidió arriesgarse, pero su apuesta fallo, tanto el mc como 20 millones de personas quedaron atrapadas dentro del juego, mc no tiene idea de que el mundo no era tan mundano como pensaba, pues en realidad era DXD world, muchos personajes de la serie e incluso otras series también quedaron atrapados dentro del juego, y deben avanzar constantemente para sobrevivir, el creador del juego es en realidad otro reencarnado, que nació hace más de 1500 años, una vez que este hombre obtuvo un poder muy por encima de todo DXD, decidió tratar de irse a otros mundos, como último regalo a la humanidad, creo SAO, con la mecánica oculta de, una vez completo el juego, podrás llevarte tu poder dentro del juego a la realidad, ambos mc no tardaron en descubrir la existencia del otro, pero ninguno tiene ninguna hostilidad al otro, el mc de 1500 años, no tiene un gran harem, en cambio tomo a los tres grandes dioses dragón, ophis, grand red, tiamat, y domo a 666, para llevarlos consigo a otro mundo, lo que disminuye instantáneamente el peligro del mundo DXD para el nuevo mc, quien no tiene que preocuparse por la brigada caos y podría hacer lo que quiera una vez abandone el juego, diría que exepto por la inexperiencia del autor en la escritura, dando lugar a ciertas incomodidades al leer, la historia es sin duda muy original, y de hecho muy entretenido, mc no es un pervertido ridículo que sueña con un harem, en cambio, tiene sus emociones ligeramente atenuadas debido al proceso de reencarnar desde un bebé, hay varias referencias dentro del juego que solo un reencarnado descubriría, lo que otorga recompensas exclusivas para el mc, un hacker en pocas palabras, se podría decir que es el truco del mc, que lo hará mucho más fuerte que los demás jugadores.
