Chapitre 3: THE WAR BEGINS
TWELVE YEARS AFTER TARO'S ARRIVAL
Kimado was sitting on his throne as a girl of about twenty five years old enters and bows to him.
"Sir. The teleportation field is completely fixed. And I've been able to find out which of the worlds Taro teleported to."
"Is that so?" Taro asked as an evil grin graced on his lips and he stood up. "Get the troops ready. We leave now."
BACK ON EARTH
Everyone were living normal lives on earth. When the rubidstones were distributes across the earth and people got their powers, they were frightened by then. But after twelve years, people had gotten used to it and were no longer terrified. Some of the "lucky" ones who got their powers their powers joined either the police force or became soldiers. This was all just to reduce crime and promote peace. But there was something different about this world. Although the rubidstones chose people who are pure of heart. Not everyone in the next generation was the same. Some had pure of heart and some didn't. So those who didn't have any used their powers for their personal gain and didn't care about others. But crime was minimum because eighty percent of them had a pure of heart. But no one was prepared for the worst that was yet to come.
One afternoon, people were going about their usual daily routine when, "AAAAAAAHHH." They heard someone scream. Almost everyone present rushed there to take a look at what was going on. It was in an alley. When they got there. They became frightened at what they saw. It was a black headed tundumon. The second strongest of the tundumons. It had stabbed a woman in the shoulder and she had fainted from too much loss of blood. The tundumon licked the blood on it's deadly katana.
"What the- Wh-what are you?" Someone asked in fear.
"I'm a tundumon. Created by the one and only powerful ruler of the universe. I was sent here by him." It said prepared to attack them.
"To give you all a warning." It jumped at them. "The war begins now." It said and swung it's sword down at them but all of a sudden. Someone moves from the crowd also wielding a katana. He was so fast that the tundumon didn't have time to react and was sliced into two from its head down through its torso. He landed without any problem as the tundumon's body fell behind him. It was John. He turned to the crowd and placed the katana on his shoulder.
"Hey Luke, get over here and pick woman."
"On it." Luke said and rushed over to the woman and picked her up bringing her into the crowd. "Okay everybody, stand back." He said and placed the woman down and activated his arm guards and began healing the woman.
John turned back to the alley. "Okay you bastards. I know you're there. Come out now." As he said that, several black headed tundumons moved out from the shadows. He gave a wide grin and took his stance. And just then, different metallic objects started floating his way and changing shapes. The tundumons then lashed out at him and he also ran towards them. When they got close and prepared to attack, he used one of the metals to create a square plate with a spring beneath in front of him and jumped on it and used it to shoot him up into the air above the tundumons. The metals were moving along with him so he made some of them into spear like objects and shot them towards the tundumons piercing through some of them from above. Those who survived the attack summoned bows and arrows and fired several shots at him but he just used the metals to create a spherical shield around him blocking all the attacks. The shield came down in the midst of the tundumons and when it got close to the ground. It opened up and he landed swiftly on the ground and immediately several spears were created with the metals and shot at the tundumons in all directions. Some of them blocked it and one of the spears got past them towards the people gathered there. The person about to receive the attack closed her eyes but suddenly, someone moved there and hit it away.
"You have to be careful John." The person said. It was Taro.
(Taro Yoichi. Age:52 . Ability: Speed Enhancement.)
"Oops. Sorry about that." John apologized.
(John Escara. Age:28 Ability: Metal Manipulation.)
"I can see he's having fun but." Luke said with a smirk.
(Luke Escara. Age:28. Ability: Healing.)
"Come on John, hurry up and finish them off we don't have all day." Taro said.
"Yes pops." John said as he jumped and landed beside Taro. He then made the metals into blades and started running towards the rest of the tundumons as they also rushed towards him. When he got close to them, he moved very fast past them and stopped behind them. He stood straight and snapped his fingers as the tundumons got split into pieces. He walked back to the crowd. Luke had already finished healing the woman and she had gained consciousness. Taro turned to the people. Before they could do anything else, they heard a strange voice.
"Hey there people of earth. How is everyone doing."
"Kimado." Taro spoke.
"Oh, hey there Taro. Sorry. I should have greet you first. How are you doing. And I can't believe you still remember me."
"How would I forget a maniac like you. After killing my son and my brother. I knew that you'd come as well. But trust me. Maybe the savior hasn't come yet. But even if it lasts a 100 years, he'll definitely rise and end you."
"I hope so. I hate disappointments. I'll wait for him just so I can have a wonderful fight with him. I'm sure it'd be so fun. But let me tell you something. One I'm able to end him, I'll go on ahead and kill everyONE ON THIS PLANET. EVEN GOING AHEAD TO DESTROY THE PLANET ITSELF HAHAHAHA..." He kept laughing as his laughter kept fading away until it could be heard no more.
"Listen up everybody. I am Taro Yoichi. And I'm not from this world." Everyone gasped at what he said. "I am the one who brought the rubidstones to your world. I am the one who gave you your powers. I did all of this to help a prophecy that was said long ago come to pass. It could be any of you. Don't let what that man said frighten you. This should be a new beginning of hope. Hope for the future. I want you all to rise up. You are all destined warriors. Stand up. FIGHT FOR PEACE."
Taro's words kept echoing in the minds of the people around as they left with new-found hope. Determination filling their eyes to help in whatever way they could to end the war that had just begun.
"John, Luke." Taro called to the two men.
"Yeah pops." John responded.
"I want you two promise me something."
"What is it dad?" Luke asked rather more politely.
"I want you two to always work together. Even after I die. Promise me that you'd protect each other no matter what. And don't ever forget my teachings. Love each other with all your heart. And if you do get to meet the chosen one. Protect and guide him in the right path."
"Don't worry pops. We'll always remember to keep that at heart. We promise. Right Luke?"
"Yeah. You said it brother." Luke responded as they fist bumped.
