Chapitre 2: CHAPTER 2 - NerdsHammer 50¢

[POV - Wonder Factory {Willy Wonka}] + [Map - Prv. Laboratory]

William Wonder was sitting on a chair next to an Autopsy table, in one hand he held what looked to be a mushroom, and his other hand held a book of magical monsters and was opened to a page depicting large green monsters. On the Autopsy table lay a lifeless 'Oompa Loompa': its left arm, right leg, and head were all broken off; However the wounds of the Oompa Loompa were jagged and crystalline, like broken glass or rock candy.
"Upside to candy golems, free labor! The downside, they can't heal naturally. In fact, they can't even think or do complicated tasks, they're not even qualified to be called living in any sense. I got around the second problem by using them as vessels for spirits of the 'Loompa Land' dimension, making a magical contract with them was definitely a good idea."
He took a bit out of the mushroom as the buttercream and whipped icing filled his mouth, along with the taste of vanilla and strawberry shortcake. He whipped his mouth and placed the magic book down, grabbed out his own notebook and started scribbling. He ate off the top of the mushroom and chewed the stem to a point, William then bit off the very tip of the point he made as it started to leak out a dark caramel or fudge-like liquid; he proceeded to use the liquid to write and draw.
"Making golems every time one break is time-consuming and hard work, and it's not very efficient. But, I have made living candy trees and mushrooms, so why can't I make some living creatures? What would I Need; Licorish gummies would be good structure, rock candy flowers, and maybe even syrup inside. But I definitely need to break down the golem cores into one super core for the plant."
William took a hammer and backed the chest of the Rock candy golem open, grabbing out what looked to be a cocoa bean but bigger and Polished. He then scrambled around his workshop to grab the scrap materials he had around; bringing them to the Autopsy table and just laying them on the table, one ingredient stood out from the rest and it was a vial of glowing blue liquid with golden specs. He looked them over and shook his head.
"No, this won't work, it needs to be made fresh and whole." William grabbed only a few ingredients on the table and placed them in his pocket, he put on his purple coat and walked out, the hand above his door dropping his hat back on as he left, grabbing his cane that he left right next to his door. William tapped the ground with his cane two times as he walked, each making a spark of purple and gold; The doors closed and locked as it was briefly engulfed in a cloud of Purple and gold sparkled.

[SCENE SKIP - Mid/Short] + [Map - Old Candy Workshop]

William was currently jacketless and hatless as he wore double-layered gloves, the first layer being heatproof and the second layer being a white latex; William Wonder was stretching out a candy hook, just finishing it as he took it off and plopped it on the table. He then went as fast as he could, forming it into a winding shape with some stems that ended in small flower buds.
William quickly took a metal straw and popped it in one end of the candy mixture, and then blew with more force than a lung should be capable of and inflated it; While it was inflated he quickly stuffed some hollow licorish into the candy as it deflated and solidified around the very long licorish strings, each a different flavor. William then reached over and grabbed what looked like powdered candy hair, dragon's beard candy that was stretched thinner than the width of a hair.
William began meticulously braiding it around the candy, making sure every spot was perfectly covered with a beautiful design; After a few hours, he finished and had covered every last inch, inside and out. Finally, William took a bottle of Chocolate syrup made from the Oompa Loompas core and mixed in the vile of blue and gold liquid, mixing it up before sucking it up with a syringe and injecting the candy flower vine with it.
The flower buds made of candy then bloomed into full flowers, this brought a smile to William Wonder's face. He held it delicately and stood up, taking a long journey through the factory with it, making sure it was fine the whole time. He stopped at his miniature candy land, a pocket of living land in his factory that was made of candy. He then dug up a patch of the Oreo dirt and planted the flower vine and in a few minutes, it grew into a full tree-sized vine with giant flowers that grew into giant chocolate eggs.
William tossed his cane upward and grabbed it mid-air on the bottom half, he then hits the vine with his cane and one of the eggs fell off. Once the chocolate egg hit the floor it spilt open and an Oompa Loompa Rolled out perfectly fine, Jumping up from its roll into a handstand; The Oompa Loompa then fell back into a roll and jumped onto its feet, it continued to dance as it started to sing.

"Do-ba-dee-doo." Two more eggs fell down with two more Oompa Loompas rolling out to either side of the first; the Middle one stood on his feet facing Wanka, The other two Oompa Loompas were Facing him while in a handstand. William clapped his hands happily with a smile as the Oompa Loompas left; the middle one simply walked away as the Handstanding ones did cartwheels.
"Wow, I finally got treated to one of their songs! What a fantastic day! Hmm, If I'm right about this." Willaim grabbed the six Egg shells and planted a Golem in three of them, sealing it up in the other half of the egg. He then plated the three eggs like seeds, lining them up with the fist plane, and another three Oompa Loompa trees were sprouted; After that, more Oompa Loompas came along from the tree, some of them planted some more of the makeshift seed as I handed them the extra golem cores, the others went off back to work.

[POV SHIFT - Gotham {Bat Family}] + [TIME SKIP - ?? Hours {Backwards}]

Somewhere in Gotham, there was a deep cave, an old Iron mine that had been reconstructed into a base for a set of many vigilantes. One of those vigilantes was laying face-first on the couch and let out a continuous groan as if he was experiencing a hangover. Two people were watching over him, one a brooding man in a bat costume and the other a redhead in a wheelchair.
"So, how is he looking and what happened?" The dark brooding mad asked as the girl looked through her tablet, bringing up some files on a larger computer. "Physically he's fine, everything is normal. It seems whatever he ate gave him the super speed, but after it ran out he had both a massive Sugar Crash and Motion sickness. The odd thing is I didn't notice any massive change in sugar intake, only a small increase from the candy he ate; However, I have found traces of Taurine, Guarana, and Caffeine along with a small increase of Vitamin B. It reads as if he just had a small energy drink, so I'm not sure how that granted him super speed or caused this much of a crash. Whatever it is, it's not a chemical we can track, maybe it's not a chemical at all."
The dark brooding man picked something up from the table in front of them, it stood between them and the couch. He picked up what looked to be a dried-out piece of chewed gum, yet it was as stiff as a rock. "He was chewing on this, from what he said it got tougher as he chewed. Whatever this gum is, it gave him the super speed but it's restricted to how much you can chew it. Whoever is 'Willy Wonka' is, they are definitely not normal, though that was obvious when his factory and candy appeared out of thin air. Are you sure there is no Poison or anything in it?"
"Well, I did find faint traces of an unknown substance both in his saliva and in the gum when I checked it, but whatever it was it quickly faded after a while. But it didn't leave a trace or any significant alteration other than... this." she waved her hand to the still-groaning Nightwing. "It seems relatively safe for now, but we should still be careful and figure out how he got such a thing. Hey Dick, check this out."
Barbara Gordan grabbed a smelling salt packet from her pocket and broke it, when Nightwing lifted his head she placed it right under his nose. Dick Grayson suddenly sat straight up and started coughing, squeezing his eyelid together as he tried to shake off the effects. "What the hell Babs!"
"Yeah yeah, you can whine all you want later. Right now we need answers; What the hell did you eat, What the hell did you do, and What the hell were you thinking?" Nightwing took a deep breath of fresh air, sitting back as the effect of the smelling salt and Gumball wore off. "Jeez okay! So I was guarding that candy building you told me to, Bruce."
Batman just gave a slight grunt as Dick Grayson went into 'flashback' mode. "I was sitting on the roof, bored since nothing was happening." "That's a good thing" "Yeah yeah, I know. So I decided to try out one of those 'Wonka Bars', you know... the chocolate bars-" "Get to the point!" The wheelchair girl half yelled, getting a bit impatient.
"I'M GETTING THERE! Now, as I was eating the chocolate bar, a weird coin fell out, like a prize. Then When I looked back I found some robbers had broken in so I went and stopped them, but one of the machines turned on! It played a little jingle and I decided to get a few Gumballs, I think they were called Wonder- no, Wunderballs [Vunder-Valls], yeah. I got a few of those, But then I saw that weird coin I got from the chocolate, and it had 'Wunderballs' Written on it, so I tested it and used it like a coin. Now, here's the weird thing, all the other gumballs came out the bottom, like a normal gumball vending machine, but this one... well; All the gumballs flew for a bit, and then the Raven head figure on top of the Gumball machine opened its mouth and despised a weird Gumball, it was called 'Zoom Chew' I believe."
The wheelchair girl got even more impatient with Dick's storytelling, even the bat guy was getting impatient but only he himself could tell. "And well, when I ate it, everything seemed normal until I saw some birds flying really slow, and I realized it gave me super speed!"
"Wait, you said they were called Wunderballs, Right? like 'W-U-N-D-E-R?" Barbara asked as she started to sift through her pockets, searching for something. "Uh, yeah, I think so?" "Is this the coin?" Barbara pulled out a metal coin; One side had a side profile of some guy in a top hat and read 'Willy Wonka', The other Side of the Coin had a gumball image on it and read 'Wunderballs' along with some other thing.
"Hey, yeah! That's the coin! How did you get one?" Asked Dick. "I got it from a 'Scrumdiddlyumptious Bar' While I was on my break." Both Batman and Nightwing looked at her with a raised eyebrow, night wing asking an obvious question. "Isn't that just a fancier Toblerone?" "How dare you, It's not even close to a Toblerone! The bottom is a crispy cinnamon wafer, while the centers are filled with this crunchy peanut butter stuff, it's then all covered in a thick layer of delicate chocolate~!"
Both Batman and Nightwing looked at each other and then back at the Gordon. "What, can't I enjoy a sweet once and a while?" "Never mind that Nightwing, use that coin and grab another one of those Wunderballs, Barbra Get the computer ready to run a full analysis on the gumballs, I want to make sure this doesn't leave any side effects and if I need to shut that place down." Both Dick and Barbara nodded, returning to business mode. She tossed the coin to Dick and he caught mid-air as he stood. Barba rolled off to that bat computer.
Dick then began walking to the exit of the bat cave before he was interrupted: "Don't forget to take off your suit." "Pfft, I know that!" He then left to the elevator and rode his way back up. "He totally forgot that until I reminded him, didn't he" "Oh, Most definitely." "Ughhh, how did I ever let him be Robin." The muscle-bound leatherhead sighed as he covered his face with his hand.

In a far brighter city, a good ways away from Gotham, a man with long hair was sitting on a swivel chair, his feat propped up on what looked to be a very important consul. He had a Wonka-brand chocolate bar in his hand, he broke off squares from it and munched in pieces.
"Man, I can't believe there is chocolate this good! And to think it came from Gotham of all places, I guess treasure really can be found anywhere!" The guy balled up the wrapper and threw it behind him, it landed in the trash can behind it, it was almost filled to the brim with nothing but wrappers of Willy Wonka Candies and Sweets.
The man was just reaching for another candy to try, a 'Scrumdiddlyumptious Bar', until a voice called over the comas of the high-tech table: "Cisco, are you there? I need some tech support here!" This caught the now-named 'Cisco' to be caught off guard and panicked a bit. He quickly put the candy bar down and picked up an earpiece on the table, placing it in his ear and quickly saying: "Yeah, I'm here! What you need Barry!"
