Chapitre 35: Ch 35: The only one - part 2

The atmosphere suddenly changed, and Camelia felt something was supposed to happen between him and Zayne.

His hand was inching towards her face, his eyes carrying a weight of seriousness that was palpable. 

Camelia knew she would lose her reasoning if she were kissed right now. Her body and psyche were particularly weak to Zayne's touch, and surrendering was easy.

It felt humiliating, yet right at the same time.

"Camelia, I fell for you. Please, fall for me as well. I want you to love me and think only about me."

Zayne spoke before he pressed his lips against hers. It was a soft kiss, and yet, Camelia felt like her soul was being sucked out of her body when she felt that press of lips against her own.

Just as she was about to open her mouth and give Zayne all the attention he wanted, a loud yell broke them apart.

"Boss, we are here! Did you find the boss already? Did you kill her?"
