"Don't go near the debris. I can feel a powerful energy pulsing under that debris. I am also picking up signs of Apocalyptical corrosion. We need to clear this area right now. Hunter Zayne Trusdale is alive under all that rubble. He is staying down there for our sake."

Lucas informed the masses and watched as their expressions and opinions about what was happening changed in a second.

Those who had been curing Lucas seconds before for not doing something suddenly looked flustered and tried to make excuses for their actions. But Lucas did not pay any attention to them.

He was more worried about what to do now.

Zayne was one of the strongest people in this world. Even when he had sealed away a major part of his memory and power, Lucas doubted anyone could match him in terms of power.

If the corruption got to him and a scenario like that happened last time were to happen again…. humanity would not survive.
