Xavier Manor

Professor X was teaching Siryn, Sean Cassidy, who was known as Havok in the original story how to perform flight.

In front of the windowsill of the clock tower at the manor, Professor X placed a reassuring hand on Sean Cassidy's shoulder.

After days of training, Siryn was nearing the level of a Category 3 Mutant. He had significantly improved his control over his sound waves, which laid a solid foundation for mastering flight.

"Remember, release your sound waves with full strength toward the ground. This will create reverse thrust, allowing your body to lift and achieve short-term sonic flight," Professor X explained earnestly.

Although Sean Cassidy felt nervous, he paid close attention to the Professor's detailed instructions on using his ability to achieve flight.

"All right, let me see what you can do, Sean."

After finishing his explanation, Professor X patted Sean Cassidy on the shoulder again and gave him an encouraging nod.

"I won't let you down, Professor," Sean replied, nodding vigorously. He then glanced down.

He was standing 20 meters above the ground.

Taking a deep breath, Sean jumped down decisively. The sudden feeling of weightlessness hit him hard, prompting him to open his mouth and emit an intense sonic wave.

The sound waves vibrated, pushing Sean Cassidy's body upwards in an abrupt motion.

The sudden burst of energy caught Siryn, Sean Cassidy, completely off guard.

He flailed his arms wildly, the air currents around him causing his glider-like trajectory to veer uncontrollably.

His body began spinning mid-air.

"Fuck, Professor, help!" Sean shouted, his voice tinged with panic.

Though he had managed to gain altitude, he had no control over his movement or the trajectory of his glide.

Seeing Sean Cassidy spiraling and descending erratically, Professor X watched with growing concern and quickly called for Beast.

"Roar!"

With a loud roar, Hank McCoy came sprinting from a distance. He looked up at Sean, now in free fall, readying himself to catch him if necessary.

Suddenly, a deafening crack broke the sound barrier.

A supersonic jet appeared overhead, speeding across the sky above Xavier Manor.

Within moments, the jet descended and landed gracefully on the manor's lawn, its engines powering down as it came to a stop.

The jet's door opened, and Brian and a group of others stepped out onto the grass.

As Brian exited the plane, his gaze immediately landed on Sean Cassidy, who was plummeting rapidly toward the ground.

He raised his hand lightly, releasing a wave of psychokinesis.

Siryn, who had been plummeting rapidly toward the ground, suddenly stopped and hovered mid-air, suspended by the telekinetic force.

Seeing Brian and the others return, Professor X visibly relaxed, his tense expression easing.

However, his gaze shifted to Kayla Silverfox, who was standing behind Brian. A faint frown creased his brow.

"Brian, weren't there supposed to be two mutants? Where's the other one?" Professor X asked, his tone tinged with confusion.

"Go ask Magneto. I have other matters to handle," Brian replied dismissively. With that, he let Siryn drop to the ground unceremoniously, then turned and walked away, taking Kayla, and Raven to his room.

True to his words, Brian had other priorities.

During the flight, Kayla had repeatedly challenged Brian, eager to engage him in 'combat'. However, the cramped space of the plane forced Brian to hold back.

Now, back at Xavier Manor, he was no longer restrained by the confines of the jet—or by Professor X's demands.

He intended to focus on the young Kayla, and Raven, both of whom were only 18 years old.

Once they entered his room Kayla's fiery gaze locked onto Brian.

He wasted no time.

With a mere flick of his finger, the restrictive hospital garments on Kayla seemed to unravel on their own, falling away effortlessly.

Brian snapped his fingers again.

With a wave of his psychokinesis, Kayla and Raven were gently transferred to the bed. "Now, it's time for you to witness my abilities, Kayla," Brian said, flashing a bright, confident smile.

As Brian focused on his 'combat' with Kayla and Raven, elsewhere in the manor, Professor X was delving into Magneto's memories.

Through these memories, he uncovered the events surrounding the incident at Three Mile Island.

When Professor X saw that Magneto had destroyed an entire military base, his expression darkened.

"Erik, why did you do this?" Professor X asked, his voice heavy with regret and disapproval.

"Why?" Magneto replied without hesitation. "I did what I believed was right."

Magneto's tone was firm, his demeanor unapologetic. He clearly saw no fault in his actions.

"You killed thousands of people!!" Professor X said, his anger evident.

"And you've seen what humans have done to us mutants!!"

Magneto retorted, his own anger rising.

"They treat us like experiments—like lab rats. They use us as research materials. And yet, when we retaliate, we're the ones in the wrong?"

Magneto clenched his fist tightly, his emotions barely restrained. The memories of what he had witnessed in Trask Industries' laboratories—cruel, inhumane experiments performed on mutants—flashed vividly in his mind, fueling his rage.

Even compared to the horrors he endured as a child, what the Black King, Sebastian Shaw, had done to Magneto seemed mild in comparison to what he had witnessed at Trask Industries.

That was why, before leaving, Magneto used his ability to destroy the entire Trask Industrial Laboratory without hesitation.

Now, as Professor X's questioning reignited emotions that had barely been subdued, Magneto's anger resurfaced.

"Erik, what ...humans.. did was wrong," Professor X began, his tone firm but compassionate. "But that doesn't justify massacring an entire military base. Some people were innocent."

Magneto froze at these words, staring at Professor X with an expression of disbelief. After a moment, he spoke, his voice laced with disappointment.

"Innocent? Humans are innocent? And what about mutants? Are we not innocent?"

"Should we simply let them butcher us, lock us in laboratories, and treat us as nothing more than test subjects without resistance?"

His tone grew sharper, and his words cut through the tension in the room. "You're so concerned about innocence, Charles, but do you even care to ask where the other mutant went? I'll tell you."

Magneto's gaze bore into Professor X as he continued, his voice now heavy with bitterness.

"We left him in the primeval forest of the Canadian Rockies. Do you know why? Because he no longer wanted to return to human society."

"He.. He chose to live like an animal in the wilderness, rather than endure the hatred and experimentation of humans..."

Magneto took a step closer, his eyes unwavering as he looked at Professor X. For the first time, he truly felt that Charles's idealism was not just misguided but naive to the point of absurdity.

A palpable crack formed in the bond between the two old friends.

As Magneto turned and left, Professor X was silent.

Although Professor X knew that Magneto was right in some ways, he still couldn't fully align with Magneto's perspective. Having grown up in privilege and largely shielded from hardship, Professor X struggled to empathize with the suffering endured by many mutants.

He held onto the idealistic belief that mutants, as long as they could perfectly control their abilities and not disrupt society, could coexist peacefully with humans and reintegrate into human society.

"Haah..." Professor X sighed deeply.

The disagreement between Professor X and Magneto ended on an unhappy note, further widening the gap between their ideologies.

Meanwhile, Brian was in stark contrast to this somber mood.

He was experiencing pure satisfaction.

Kayla had never felt like this before, felt as though she had been pulled from the depths of despair into pure bliss.

For the first time in her life Kayla experienced a sense of joy and fulfillment that she had never known before. In that moment, she forgot her pain and longed to fully immerse herself in Brian's presence between her legs.

As for Raven, she was already accustomed to this dynamic.

The "battle" between the three lasted until the evening of the following day.
