What did Rhett mean by he wasn't the one who'd been 'visiting' me at night?

After the last visitation, I had no choice but to share my experience with Lupe who seemed just as lost as I was. Our school hadn't reopened yet but it was opening tomorrow and I wanted to deal with at least one mystery in my life before trying to work.

That's why I came to visit Rhett in his office, apart from the fact that I kinda missed him too of course. I knew he'd gone to the training camp but I'd hoped that it would be built somewhere around the station. When I got to the station, I was told it was actually built somewhere deep in the woods, away from the protection of the pack.

Not like the pack was any safe these days anyway.

However, I also found out that the Gamma had come back for something important, but it seemed even the officials weren't aware of what that was.
