Upon hearing Loki mention that the Seer was wrapped in magically inscribed bandages, Tony looked at the Seer with curiosity.
"Speaking of which, I haven't seen your face yet," Tony said, his interest piqued.
It was understandable that he couldn't discern the Seer's appearance—his expertise lay in technology, not magic.
Loki, on the other hand, relied primarily on magic for combat.
"The Seer's bandages seal away most of his precognitive abilities," Loki explained. "They're only removed when he's facing significant danger. If he takes them off, it means something major is about to happen."
"So, instead of wanting to see his true face, it's better to hope that moment never arrives," Reno added, noticing Tony's curiosity.
Tony felt a chill at these words and lost any desire to see the Seer's face.
"And this stunning blonde is Leicy," Tony continued with the introductions.
"Hello! I've heard about you, Thor and your Asgardian exploits," Leicy said, her charming smile lighting up the room. "I've been looking forward to meeting you."
"Thank you for the kind words," Thor replied, his demeanor becoming even more gentlemanly as he shook Leicy's hand. "May I ask, what are your powers?"
"Unlike them, I don't have superpowers. So even if you asked, I wouldn't be able to answer," Leicy said, her smile unwavering.
"But you can fly," Thor remarked, finding it a bit perplexing.
"I can fly, but that doesn't qualify as a superpower," Leicy clarified. "As for what kind of power it is, that's a more complicated explanation. Maybe I can share it with you later. But rest assured, I'll take care of the enemies."
"...Okay, okay," Thor said, his forehead sweating a bit at her boldness.
"Now it's my turn to introduce you all," Thor said. "This is Steve Rogers, codename Captain America, a super-soldier of sorts."
As Thor introduced Steve, he understood that Tony wanted to establish connections between them first. After all, to these individuals, Earth was part of Asgard's domain.
Leicy glanced at Steve and immediately recognized that he was a product of genetic enhancement, which left her pondering. However, she didn't question why such enhancement wasn't widespread.
Tony had mentioned that Earth hadn't yet reached the interstellar age. Without that advancement, wars would erupt over limited resources, making widespread genetic enhancements impractical.
On Xandar, the entire race had undergone genetic enhancements, resulting in longer lifespans and naturally superior physiques. Yet, even with such enhancements, ordinary people still existed.
"Hello," Steve greeted the newcomers, feeling a bit tense and awkward.
"Don't be so nervous; we're here to help, not cause trouble," Kael said with a hearty laugh.
At Void Island, Kael had met many different people, all potential recruits for the Void Sect. Once someone joined, they were all considered comrades, so he never looked down on anyone.
"Thanks for your help, then," Steve replied, feeling his anxiety ease a bit.
"Leave it to me," Kael said, thumping his sturdy chest with a grin.
"This is Banner, another super-powered individual with transformation abilities," Thor continued with the introductions.
Once again, Reno looked at Banner, who seemed unassuming and without a hint of power. He realized Tony's intention to recruit Banner could yield significant benefits.
If Banner could master his transformation abilities and join the Void Sect, his starting point would be considerably higher than most.
"A transformation-type superpower? That's quite an impressive ability," Reno remarked. "I hope we can fight side by side."
"Thank you, but I'm still not entirely comfortable with my powers," Banner admitted, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the praise. "I might bring trouble if I lose control, so please bear with me."
"No worries. Most transformation-type powers take time to control," Reno assured him. "Once you get the hang of it, you'll become incredibly strong. Just remember to embrace the power within you."
Reno had fought many strong opponents and knew the common struggles of transformation-type superpowers. The initial reluctance to accept their inner strength was a prevalent trait.
While this might be a drawback for ordinary people, it was a positive trait for those well-versed in power dynamics.
If Banner's transformations proved to be powerful, he would certainly be a prime candidate for seeking blessings from Lord Kassadin.
"Okay, I'll give it a try," Banner said, recognizing Reno's supportive attitude and reflecting on why Tony had said he needed to change his mindset.
Meanwhile, Thor continued to introduce Black Widow and Hawkeye before finally getting to his brother, Loki.
"Now that everyone knows each other, let's wrap this up," Tony said. "I'll take my friends out for a meal."
When Leicy heard Tony mention treating them, she smiled, anticipating a feast.
The group then followed Tony as they exited.
