Chapitre 81: 81. Fall For Him

Sara returned to Opulence Oaks, but she couldn't find Alex anywhere, and she felt her heart cave in. If she had doubted before that he was avoiding her, she was certain now. He didn't even want to see her or spend a second in the same space as her.

"The Young Master received a call from his Father. He is currently at the Crawfords. He wanted me to let you know," Mrsel Lawson told her. It did help ease her worry a bit, but she still couldn't completely shake it off.

Alex could have called or texted her. It wasn't that hard to pass a message across to her. He didn't need to have the housekeeper do it.

"Thank you, Mrs Lawson," she said as she made her way into the bedroom. Just as she opened the door, she paused. Should she move to another room? But Alex had already moved even though his clothes were all still inside here. Or was he really out of the house last night?
