What was initially intended to be a holiday for three people suddenly expanded to five.

The most baffling aspect was Chi Yu's tacit approval.

Even when Jin Yao invited Ning Jin to ride in his Harley in her presence, Chi Yu showed no sign of anger.

The car had been on the road for ten minutes when Chi Yu leaned back in her seat, closing her eyes.

Even Song Cheng, who was usually composed, couldn't help but ask Chi Yu, "Have you had a falling out with Jin Yao?"

Chi Yu's response was a smile. "Have we ever reconciled?"

She was referring to the incident that had occurred in class a few days ago.

Since that day, Chi Yu hadn't uttered a single word to Jin Yao.

Under Song Cheng's persuasion, Jin Yao had tried to engage Chi Yu in conversation, but his attempts were met with her indifference.
