Chapitre 45: It's him?!

"Wait. Adeline."

Just as they were about to enter the carriage they heard a voice asking them to stop.

Victoria ran out of the store to catch up.

"I want you to come to our house someday."

Adeline didn't expect that she would get an invitation considering how awkward their first meeting was. Victoria on the other hand had a completely different perspective. She didn't shut her out immediately, she understood her, and therefore, Adeline is her friend.

And what do you do with friends? You invite them over to your house.

"I will take you up on that offer, but for now, go inside. Your sister will be worried."

With the usual blank expression on her face, she nodded and went back inside.

"You have a knack for attracting weird people." Aaron laughed.

Dimitri's eyebrows furrowed, was he weird too? 

"What does that say about you, brother?"

Was she calling him weird too? Now Aaron's eyebrows furrowed.
