Garmond looked at the nearly neckless figure, wielding a staff almost as tall as he was.

He didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

True, the celestial scepter was a very powerful artifact, one that boosted one's magical potential to the teeth.

It was an amazing artifact, it gave the wielder a powerful boost. With it, a single tier one spell could have the power of a tier 2 spell.

And it kept up like that, going until the highest tier, and the staff in question, still have the wielder a perfect control of all four elements.

Something that was rare even amongst mages. At a certain level in ones magical journey, they would have to practice on one particular element to become masters.

It was near impossible to be a master in all elements, as it would take years of constant training. Not to mention the fact that it still dealt greatly on the affinity one had with a certain element.
