Chapitre 42: Realize and aim

It was difficult for Asher to even admit that he somehow started to like Rose. Now, it all started because he thought she was a spy. But he was definitely interested in her then. Maybe because he was sensitive to magic, he just found her even before she removed her illusion spell.

And then, he particularly liked to see her angry face whenever he asked her to study. That was funny. But after knowing she was a witch, he felt that there was this reason that attracted him.

He should have felt happy but there was something nagging him. He should have understood then, right?

But he felt the connection when he saw how she looked at him at the fake engagement party. How she asked him if he was okay with everything! He didn't want her to feel sad over him.

That was the moment he knew. He liked Rose.
