Chapitre 91: A Cult?

My sudden leap into the abyss startled them. As I plummeted downwards, I could see their astonished faces peering over the edge. They probably thought I was insane, but I had a plan.

Nearing the ground, I activated Pounce, a magical skill I had learned from a monster. It defied the laws of nature, allowing me to execute a powerful mid-air jump. With a burst of energy, I propelled myself towards the cliff face, grabbing hold of the rocky outcroppings.

From above, the group watched in stunned silence as I effortlessly clung to the cliff. "See?" I shouted upwards, a grin spreading across my face. "I'm fine! Continue the search up there."

Confident in my ability, I dropped the remaining distance to the ground below. The forest floor was shrouded in a thick, almost impenetrable darkness. Visibility was limited, but a narrow path, seemingly cleared recently, cut through the dense undergrowth.

'Strange...'
