The sea was restless. From horizon to horizon, an eerie calm stretched over the waters as if the ocean itself held its breath, sensing the tension brewing beneath the surface. Davy Jones stood at the helm of his flagship, The Abyssal Fury, his hands clenched tightly around Poseidon's Trident. The glow of the weapon pulsed faintly, mirroring the rhythmic sway of the waves. His empire had grown too quickly, drawing the attention of powerful enemies—enemies who would not stand idly by as he seized more control over the seas.
Davy's brow furrowed, his mind lost in thought. His command over the Calm Belt had set him apart from every pirate who had dared to conquer it. The Sea Kings bent to his will, islands once uncharted were now under his dominion, and his crew, each member wielding a portion of his watery power, grew stronger with every battle. But power invited challenge, and now, three of the most fearsome forces in the New World were poised to strike at him: Big Mom, Kaido, and Shanks—the Yonko.
He could almost feel their presence across the vast ocean, their influence creeping closer, intertwining like the encroaching tendrils of a storm.
Onboard the Queen Mama Chanter, Big Mom's Ship
Charlotte Linlin, known as Big Mom, cackled maniacally in her throne room aboard her colossal ship. Surrounding her were her ministers, children, and the various homies—the animate objects infused with a fragment of her soul.
"Zeus! Prometheus! I smell a new cake to devour!" she bellowed, her voice shaking the walls of the massive ship. The waves outside trembled at her every word, and her giant form cast an imposing shadow over the room. "This Davy Jones dares to build an empire, eh? Thinks he can take my territory?"
Zeus, the cloud, and Prometheus, the living sun, swirled around her, eager to please.
"Mama, mama," one of her children, Perospero, approached. "Reports say his power over the sea itself rivals yours. He controls the very creatures of the Calm Belt."
Big Mom's eyes widened with fury. "No one rules the sea but me! He'll be mine, just like Fish-Man Island and everything else under my domain. Prepare the fleet! I'll tear him apart myself!"
With that, she slammed her massive hand down onto the table in front of her, shattering it. Her children scrambled to execute her orders as her laughter echoed throughout the ship.
On the Skull Dome, Kaido's Lair
Kaido of the Beasts sat atop his throne within the ominous Skull Dome of Onigashima, a jug of sake in his massive hand. His beastly form, towering and imposing, was lazily slouched in a rare moment of calm. But the news of Davy Jones's rise had reached his ears.
"So, another one thinks he can rule the seas, huh?" Kaido's voice was a deep growl, like a beast just before the pounce. His lieutenants, the Calamities, stood before him—King, Queen, and Jack—all awaiting his orders.
King's expression remained unreadable behind his mask. "His power over the sea is unlike anything we've seen. He doesn't just sail it; he commands it. If his influence continues to grow—"
Kaido interrupted with a sudden, roaring laugh that shook the entire Skull Dome. "Let him grow! If he's strong enough, I'll crush him myself. But if he's worthy—perhaps he'll make a fine addition to my crew."
Queen smirked, leaning on his mechanical arm. "Oh, come on, Kaido! You just wanna fight him! Maybe turn him into one of your Dragon servants?"
Kaido stood, his enormous figure casting a shadow over his commanders. "I want him dead or under my boot. Prepare the army. We'll see if Davy Jones is truly the King of the Sea."
On the Red Force, Shanks's Ship
Unlike the boisterous laughter of Big Mom or Kaido's brutal commands, Shanks remained silent as he stood at the bow of his ship, the Red Force. His sharp eyes stared out into the ocean, the gentle breeze tugging at his red hair. His crew, loyal and skilled, knew better than to disturb him during moments like this.
"Davy Jones," Shanks muttered, more to himself than anyone. "His rise has been rapid. Too rapid. And power like that, it draws too many enemies."
Benn Beckman, his trusted right-hand man, approached, lighting a cigarette. "He's stirred up quite the storm, hasn't he? Big Mom and Kaido are already planning their moves."
Shanks nodded, his eyes narrowing. "And we can't let them have all the fun. But it's more than that. There's something about Davy Jones—something different. I need to see it for myself."
Beckman exhaled a cloud of smoke. "You thinking of recruiting him?"
Shanks chuckled softly. "No. But if he keeps rising, we'll have no choice but to cross paths."
On The Abyssal Fury
"Captain!" Rorik, one of Davy's most trusted officers, called out as he rushed to the helm. "Reports are flooding in. Kaido's fleet is mobilizing in the New World, and Big Mom's forces are moving in from Totto Land. It's an all-out assault!"
Davy turned his gaze to the horizon, his emerald eyes narrowing with cold calculation. His grip on Poseidon's Trident tightened, feeling the latent power within hum as if reacting to the news. He had anticipated this moment—a clash with the Yonko had always been inevitable.
"They come as expected," Davy said softly. His voice was calm, almost eerily so. "They think they can snuff out a storm before it makes landfall."
Rorik glanced at him, confused. "What's the plan, Captain? With all three Yonko forces moving in, we'll be outnumbered—"
Davy's lips curled into a grim smile. "Outnumbered, perhaps. Outmatched? Never. Prepare the fleet. We sail at dawn. I'll deal with the Yonko, one by one. But first… Shanks."
Rorik blinked, startled by the mention. "Shanks? But he's—"
"Different from the others," Davy finished, nodding. "He'll come, but not with malice. He's the one we can't ignore."
The Battle of the Calm Belt
The sea around The Abyssal Fury churned violently as the forces of Big Mom approached first. Her armada was a fleet of monstrous proportions, each ship adorned with her garish colors and homie-infused designs. The waters began to ripple unnaturally as Davy stood at the bow of his ship, Poseidon's Trident held high.
"Let's see what the Queen of the Seas has to offer," he murmured before thrusting the Trident into the ocean. A shockwave of power radiated from the point of impact, and the sea itself answered his call.
Suddenly, massive Sea Kings erupted from the depths, their bodies coiling and twisting as they rose to the surface. With a single command, they surged toward Big Mom's fleet, slamming into her ships with devastating force. The sky darkened as storm clouds gathered overhead, summoned by Davy's power.
Big Mom, aboard her flagship, cackled wildly, her giant sword Napoleon in hand. "Is that all, Davy Jones?!" she roared, leaping into the air as Zeus carried her toward the heart of the battle.
Davy's gaze locked onto her massive form. With a single wave of the Trident, a massive column of water shot up to meet her. But Big Mom was no ordinary pirate. With a swing of Napoleon, she cleaved through the water, her laughter echoing across the sea.
"Perfect," Davy whispered. "Let's see if you can survive the depths."
He raised the Trident high, and the sea below Big Mom began to swirl. A massive whirlpool formed beneath her feet, dragging her ship and her crew into its depths. Yet Big Mom stood defiant, her homies rallying around her to push back the force of the ocean itself.
At that moment, the skies above roared with the deafening cry of a dragon.
Kaido.
In his dragon form, Kaido descended from the heavens like a bolt of fury, his massive coils wrapping around the sea. His eyes locked onto Davy Jones, a wicked grin spreading across his beastly face.
"Now this is what I've been waiting for!" Kaido's voice boomed across the battlefield.
Davy's eyes narrowed. "Two Yonko at once? So be it."
With Poseidon's Trident in one hand, Davy summoned the full fury of the sea and sky. Massive waves, Sea Kings, and whirlpools tore through the ocean as the battle between titans began. Davy moved like a force of nature, controlling the sea with effortless precision, while Kaido and Big Mom unleashed their devastating powers in return.
The clash between them shook the very foundations of the ocean, their powers colliding in a maelstrom of destruction.
As the Battle Wages On
Amid the chaos, a single ship cut through the water with eerie calm—the Red Force. Shanks watched the battle from afar, his expression unreadable.
"This changes everything," he muttered to himself. He had come
