— Amaranta thought about things. If the character of Dulce Akotegi in the movie, in real life, was really Monica Cid, how could she explain that to her godmother? And also, if they were such good friends, how would she tell her that they had been informed that she was dead for a long time? This information would be devastating for Johanna. She didn't know what to think, maybe it was just her imagination that was flying too far, she herself wished that her mother was alive somewhere in this world, to find her and ask her what happened, why she disappeared. But she was afraid to ask Johanna again the name of her friend and find out that she is not her mother, or to find out that she is and the threads of fate are playing a trick on them.
—"Mom, I just wanted to be close to you," Amaranta said to Johanna affectionately, hugging her as a daughter would do to a mother. She put her head on Johanna's shoulder and continued with her doubts.
— Johanna reached out and patted her head gently. "Now that I think about it. I haven't asked you yet," Johanna recalled, breaking the hug so she could look at Amaranta's face. "How were the university entrance exams?"
—"It was fine," Amaranta answered shamelessly, looking at Johanna Sáenz.
— Johanna smiled when she heard that. "Hearing that it was fine must mean that you did well."
—"Everything is uncertain until the results come out." Amaranta pointed.
—"Is your first choice still Capital City University?" Johanna asked.
— Amaranta nodded. "That's right. I want to become a diplomat. Besides, Izan Marsans is also very supportive of this."
—"Amaranta, you like Izan, right?" Amaranta was surprised by Johanna's direct question, yet she neither denied nor affirmed anything.
—"Amaranta, I can only tell you to be careful, I will support you in whatever you decide, but I don't want to see you suffer in the future, because of the love you never managed to have."- After saying this, someone came to where they were and called Johanna who was very busy. She had only talked to Amaranta for a while when someone else came to ask her something. Johanna didn't have time to talk much, so she asked Amaranta to read the script alone.
Since Sandra was there and was only making a special appearance and her schedule was very tight, the filming schedule was changed at the last minute.
Amaranta didn't have any scenes today, so she followed the filming crew to where Martin and Sandra's character, Emma, were going to film their scene. Someone from the props department had already prepared the materials for the scene. Sandra's makeup artist, whom she had brought with her, did her look. The artist did wonders, as Sandra looked exquisite. She literally looked out of this world.
Everyone on the set was busy.
The weather was good. It was a sunny and windy day. The skies above them were clear, and there were fluffy white clouds that looked like cotton candy.
—"Amaranta, do you want to chat with me?" Rocio Andrade asked Amaranta. She had no intentions of watching this part of the movie, and she felt a little out of place. It's like it brought back memories that she didn't want to have in her head right now.
—"Of course." Amaranta answered without hesitation, as she also had something to ask Rocio.
— They headed to a cafe near the filming location, where they ordered a coffee for Rocio and a strawberry ice cream for Amaranta, and then Rocio began to say: "Amaranta, compared to your and Hector's performance yesterday, you've improved a lot today."
— Amaranta calmly answered. "Hector and I read the script together yesterday."
—"You are quite a hard worker, Amaranta." Rocio said softly. "I heard from Johanna that you have taken her as your godmother?"
—"Yes. When Grandma and I first came to the capital, Godmother Johanna took us in. When I was worried about Grandma's medical bills, she was also the one who gave me this opportunity. Godmother Johanna is my benefactor." Amaranta answered sincerely. Rocio was shocked by what Amaranta had said. She never imagined that Amaranta and Johanna had met in this way.
— Rocio felt a little jealous of Johanna, thinking about the way Amaranta behaves, she is a girl, very hard-working, adorable and sensible for her age. It is true that the threads of life are predestined to bring people together. Was she not destined to be happy someday? She was in love with the same man for almost 20 years, and he still did not accept her. Would he ever forget that woman? Would she continue to be just the shadow of the man she loved? Rocio decided to try to find someone else while she was still able to give birth.
— Rocio, after reflecting on her things, continued chatting with Amaranta: "From what I can see, your performance is intuitive, but I think it still needs
"I'm going to pray for her," said Rocio Andrade. Amaranta gave her a valuable acting lesson while they enjoyed coffee and ice cream.
— Amaranta. She gained a lot during their conversation. She learned about acting and about her weak points in which she had to improve. Just at the moment when they were chatting so pleasantly, Rocio Andrade's phone rang, which was on the table.
Flashing on the screen was a name, 'RAF'.
— Amaranta reacted to seeing the contact name that was displayed on the phone on the table, perhaps it was just a macabre coincidence, but she didn't know what to think. When Rocio answered, "Hello RAF, yes I'm in a recording" she got up from where she was with Amaranta and made signs that she would go out to answer the call. No. No, this was just an absurd coincidence, she was assuming too much, yes surely that was it.
— Perhaps the film about Dulce Akotegi and Martin Yaregui had planted such thoughts in her mind. Amaranta, in a way Unconscious, she wrote the word 'RAF' on the wooden surface of the table
Who was RAF in her mother's diary?
What was RAF's full name? Was it his initials, a nickname, or his last name? How to know?
— Rocio returned and found Amaranta thoughtful. "Rocio Andrade, are you okay? Was I too harsh before?" Rocio asked, worried. When she sat next to Amaranta, she touched her forehead, assuming that she might have a slight fever due to the hard work of filming.
— Amaranta. She was a little surprised when she felt the cold hand touching her forehead and reacted immediately, abandoning her thoughts. She felt that there were many things that could not be explained. But what exactly were they? She could not say it. She felt that no words could describe them perfectly.
—"Miss Andrade, I'm fine. Don't worry about me. I just thought about my mother's diary."
— Rocio nodded. "What about your mother's diary?"
"I was wondering if my mom and dad are already reunited in the other world." Amaranta replied.
Rocio's expression stiffened. She didn't know how to comfort Amaranta. She could only keep Amaranta company as they sat in the cafe in silence.
— After a few minutes, Rocio Andrade looked up as the skies gradually darkened. So she said to Amaranta "Let's go back." Taking them both and leaving that place. Where not only did one learn about acting, but both reflected on their current lives.
**The filming had already finished when they returned to the set.
— Sandra didn't have many scenes in the movie. She had come and left in a hurry. When director Daniel Exxo saw that Amaranta had returned, he checked on her, "Amaranta, how are you feeling? If you're okay, let's film the firefly scene now."
— Amaranta, I went into the dressing room right away and changed. There were no fixed schedules when it came to shooting. They could change at any time. The clothes and accessories that the characters wore for the different scenes were very important. That's why there were costume designers on the set, whose specific tasks were to manage the clothes used. These people had already planned what kind of clothes the female lead should wear for each of the scenes. If the costume designer was unprofessional or mediocre, problems were likely to arise. These difficulties include the female lead wearing a pair of earrings for one scene, but not for the next scene. There might also be some small flaws. Simple things for us mortals, but not for a director as strict as Daniel Exxo was.
The progress of the filming was quite rushed.
— Considering the availability of Hector del Campo, director Exxo filmed scenes with Hector and Amaranta. Not without first organizing the order of the scenes.
— Hector, by the time he was called for this scene, had already filmed several scenes previously. The emotions for this scene were also drastically different, at this point Hector was so tired that he didn't even have the strength to speak. "Sweetheart, I'm so tired. Quick, give me some, sweetheart," Hector said shamelessly as he walked into Amaranta's dressing room.
—"Don't you have many scenes left?" Amaranta asked. Hector nodded. He only had scenes left with Dulce.
—"There are still quite a few. We still have to film the wedding night." Hector was suddenly a little nervous. They were going to film the wedding night scene. She was an innocent young girl. How should they film the scene to make it look good?
Amaranta was nervous when she heard Hector mention the wedding night.
She had completely forgotten about the wedding night scene in the script…
She didn't know that he was prepared for her in that part of the movie, as she should perform a nude and a love scene, and in this life she just wanted to belong to Izan.
