Chapitre 37: Death Mountain Part - 3

As the night grew darker, like a wolf's mouth, the moon gave off its pale glow, illuminating the cold mountain.

In the different groups surrounding the small campfire, they chatted among themselves but without talking too loudly for fear of provoking an avalanche.

Faris, the black-haired, brown-eyed gentleman, was calmly stirring the pot of vegetable soup with a wooden spoon as the air filled with the stew's rich aroma.

"Gentleman Faris, you mentioned that the nights on this mountain are perilous. What did you mean? Are there any hidden creatures?" Melissa, who had been quiet, asked the gentleman.

Faris continued stirring the soup momentarily before stopping and focusing on Melissa.

"I don't know... I can't tell you if any dangerous creatures exist here because we haven't seen them with our own eyes. I know that this mountain is dangerous at night."

Faris paused slightly, staring into the campfire as he continued speaking.
