Chapitre 77: Informant

Cora felt Jared snap her cuffs as they fell away, at once she felt strength flow back through her. Cora surged forward and grabbed Stephan by his shirt and yanked him until their faces were inches apart.

"It's too late. You are already one of us. Accept it." Cora pushed him back and he collapsed in the open space in the sitting room section of the plane. Cora flopped back. Sarah loomed over the space suddenly then dropped in front of her. She swiveled her head to Antione who was holding a dart gun.

"We don't need an out-of-control newborn right now." Antione told Cora calmly.

She nodded in acknowledgement, "Where are the guards he brought?"

Margo answered, "Drugged, restrained with cuffs, and awaiting reprogramming in cold storage."

"Reprogramming? Is that something we can do?" Jared snorted.

"One way or another." Margo said hauling Stephan onto his knees. He started to laugh.
