{Music Recommendation: Rescue ~ Lauren Diagle}
"You're really too bold... for your own good," Kael mused, looking at the tiny hands wrapped around his waist. Living as the terror of men had made him an outcast, which for a long time didn't bother Kael, as he enjoyed instilling fear. It gave him peace. He had been living with that freedom, enjoying his space, until a blue-eyed, cursed human princess walked through his gate and everything changed.
She was afraid of him; Kael knew this because of the look in the girl's eyes. But still, she ran toward the danger she was supposed to be running away from. The princess had formed the habit of looking for him whenever she found herself in trouble, and that wasn't normal.
Kael stood there, listening as the girl cried her eyes out. He decided to let her take her time to gather her emotions, but when minutes passed and she was still crying, the night creature rolled his eyes.
The word Kishadel is gotten from;
