Kael lounged on his plush sofa, his dark silk locs dancing slowly in the night breeze as he watched his human prey approach. Earlier, after Ballister had run out of the castle, Kael had to go back to town to get his own dinner, returning with a young woman who now willingly walked towards him. Her eyes gleamed with a mix of fear, yet she came without force, eager to serve him.

The human couldn't wait to sleep with the Vampire King so she could brag among her mates. As she undressed before the vampire, attempting to seduce him with her naked flesh, Kael's expression remained stoic, unmoved by her charms.
