The look on Ayra's face was enough for him to realize that she wasn't joking which only made Luck even more shocked.

Why was he being suspended? Everything was meant to go according to plan!

Luck gripped his sword tightly. Maybe… just maybe that boy, Jared, had a link in the school board!

'How did I not think about it, they are probably manipulating the decision of the board right as we speak.'

No… this won't work. He had always dreamed of being a student of the academy, having a nice roof above his head as well as a comfy academy cloak, since yesterday!

'I guess I'll just have to influence their decision a little bit.'

Luck rested his sword on his shoulder and stood up. Ayra eyed him suspiciously.

"What do you think you're doing holding your sword like that? Do you want to get killed?"

"How strong can members of a school board really be?"

At that moment Luck's conversation with Ayra came to mind.
