Chapitre 31: Signing artists

I did things at my own pace and what I didn't understand, I would ask Wang Muchen about it and he put me through. Unconsciously spent the whole day like that.

I got up from my chair and stretched. I looked at the time and saw it was almost 8pm. I packed up my things and got ready but a knock on my door stopped me.

I motioned for the person to enter and Sister Mei walked in with an arm full of files and dropped them on my desk.

"These are the people who passed the audition today. All we need is your approval before calling them back "

I looked at my watch and looked back at the files on the desk and smiled resignedly.

"I have someone waiting for me at home so I can't stay any longer. I'll take them home to work on and bring them back tomorrow "

She nodded and said it wasn't a problem at all. Normally this isn't something that will cause impatience but because of me, there have been a lot of delays and now we have to make up for lost time.
