Seeing Sabo here, Shiro felt it might be a good opportunity. After his duel with Hawk Eyes Mihawk, he hadn't had a proper fight, and sparring with Sabo could be interesting. He wondered how Sabo would compare to his brother, Fire Fist Ace.
"Mr. Shiro, if you have a friend here, we weren't aware of it. If our response offended you, please don't take it to heart," Sabo said, taking a more rational approach. He knew Shiro's strength warranted respect, even an apology.
"As expected of the Revolutionary Army's second-in-command," Shiro commented, smiling slightly. Sabo seemed more mature than Ace, at least on the surface. As for strength, that was yet to be seen.
