Chapitre 38: Boulder And Tide Badge

After they entered Granite City, at the gate they noticed that a guy was selling rock. They also noticed Ben Eleven and Cassie, whom they met in the Viridian City Mysticons Centre, were talking with the rock seller.

But it was not their problem, so they just skipped it, and directly went towards the Granite Gorge Gym.

The Granite Gorge Gym gate was mostly made of rock. While it was surrounded by cliffs and boulders. As they entered inside of it, they saw on the board that, 'IF YOU LOSE THEN DON'T CRY BECAUSE MY HEART IS MADE OF THE ROCK JUST LIKE MY NAME ROCKO.'

"Who comes here?" A voice comes out from inside the gym. They noticed a guy was meditating, wearing a green jacket and red pants.

"Hello, I am Azlan, you must be Rocko," Azlan answered, "And I'm here for a Gym Battle to win your Badge".

"Is it your first Gym Battle," Rocko asked. Azlan nodded.

"A Gym Battle is different from the normal battle, it was used to participate in the Mysticons League. It has some special rules," Rocko explained.

"By the special rules, what is your meaning?" Azlan asked.

"We will use two Mysticons for the battle, whoever loses first the both Mysticons, they will be the loser, understand," Rocko shouted.

"Ok," Azlan nodded. "Very well," Rocko said "I'm the Gym Leader Rocko and I have accepted your challenge."

Rocko led Azlan to the battlefield; the battlefield was a sandy floor with big pointy rocks on it. Cassie walked to the side lines to watch.

"This battle is between Rocko the Granite Gorge Gym Leader and Azlan Starwind," said the referee, which Rocko introduced was his brother Forrest. "Both challengers will use two Mysticons each. And who defeats both two Mysticons first wins. Let the battle begin!"

"All right, Auraleo I choose you!" Azlan shouted, Auraleo then jumped on the battlefield.

"What are these Mysticons?" Rocko asked looking at the Auraleo, "Okay go Lavirock!" he shouted and threw the Mystic Ring, from it a brownish-gray boulder Mysticons came out. It has bulging, rocky eyebrows, trapezoidal eyes with brown pupils, and a wide mouth. Its arms are muscular with five-fingered hands.

"It is Auraleo, a Fighting Type Mysticons," Azlan replied.

'Auraleo?' thought Rocko 'That's a really good choice. Surely this kid knows that Fighting can beat Rock.'

"Since you are a challenger I give you the first chance," Rocko said.

"Bad mistake, Auraleo same tactics, Aura Sphere, and Blaze Kick," Azlan commands, Auraleo nodded, and he jumped, he created the blue ball, and threw it on the Lavirock, nearly injuring it to half of its health. And again with continuous kicking, the game was over the Lavirock.

Lavirock didn't even get the chance to show his any moves, and after taking the hit Lavirock fainted on the ground by his swirling eyes, Rocko and his siblings gritted his teeth by seeing this. "Whoa... Lavirock is unable to battle, Gym Leader sends your next Mysticons," Forest declared.

"You are really impressive, but this is my best Mysticons, it's not going easy on you" Rocko said and threw a Mystic Ring "Snarock I choose you," he shouted and the huge massive rock snake came out of the ground.

"Snarock, use Tackle and grab him," Rocko commanded. Snarock hit Auraleo, and Auraleo easily dodged it. But then, Snarock grabbed Auraleo, and captured it.

"Now your game is over," Rocko said.

"Auraleo, Low Kick and Metal Claw," Azlan commanded, Auraleo started fighting with his leg, causing Snarock to lose the grab, then the metal line glowing on Auraleo hand, Auraleo used and hit the Mysticons.

Making Snarock fall to the ground, Snarock became in great pain because of that. "Auraleo once more, Aura Sphere!" shouted Azlan. Azlan started gathering the Aura, and a blue ball started forming, and then he fired on the Snarock, and that knocked out Snarock.

"Snarock is unable to battle," said Forrest, "Auraleo is the winner. Therefore the winner of this gym battle is Azlan Starwind."

"All right, we did it," cheered Azlan. "Lio lu!" Auraleo cheered as he went in front of the Azlan, waiting for its praise.

"You did a good job," Azlan patted Auraleo's head, and Auraleo showed a pleasing smile.

Rocko takes out the Boulder Badge, and he gives it to Azlan, "You are really worthy of taking this Gym Badge. Keep it safe."

"Goodbye," Azlan said, as he put the Boulder Badge in his storage rings.

"Elysia, what is our next destination," He asked.

"The next destination is Coral City, there is the Coral Cove Gym, but they use the Water types Mysticons," Elysia explained.

"It means, we need to catch the Electric or Grass types Mysticons to defeat them," Azlan nodded, since he has already learnt about the weakness and advantages, his focus will always be on the advantage.

"I can give you my Sparky," Elysia offered.

"Let's go, in the middle of we found some Mysticons, then it's good, or else, I used the Sparky," Azlan nodded, as they continued their journey towards Coral City.

After a few days, Azlan, Elysia and Freya reached Coral City. They have also got the three new Evola, since they found the groups of the Evola.

Elysia and Freya have not decided to evolve it, but Azlan has decided to evolve his Evola into Planteon. And for it, he needs to create a good friendship with Evola, which in a few days will be done. Although Azlan didn't know if this would succeed or not, since he was not Elves, he had Elves powers.

They first visited the Mysticons Centre, they again only gots the Thunder, Fire and Water Stone. But they found a shopping mart, and from there they were able to get tons of the different stones, without any rules and limits. It was just three times more costly than the Mysticons Centre, but since they have money, it was not a problem.

They also found in the Mysticons world, there was Mysticons Centre in each city. And it was led by their government doctors. But all of them were beautiful females. And even the Officers of Mysticons World were all females.

"Are you ready?" Azlan asked Evola, he was trying to evolve her.

"Yes, I am ready?" Evola replied. Azlan nodded, then he touched the Evola, and soon the Evola started glowing, and then it evolved into a different Mysticons.

This was a really different Evolution, because this was not even showing in their Gen X Mystic Phone.

Its body is tan with red paws, but these paws looked like Dragon Claws. It has two blue little wings grown out of his back. And on his head were two little red horns. His tail was long and at last there was red. His ears were blue. And on his back there was red soft fur.

"Which Mysticons is this?" Azlan asked, looking at the newly evolved version of Evola.

"We also didn't know?" Freya and Elysia both replied.

Azlan waited, till the new Mysticons didn't complete her evolution.

After a few minutes the evolution was stopped, and the new Mysticons jumped into Azlan's embrace.

"So, what is your name? And what is your type?" Azlan asked her.

"I am the Draphoeon, Dragon Type," Draphoeon revealed her name and unique type.

"Wow," Sharky nodded, he started petting Draphoeon, Draphoeon showed her excitement by purr.

"Good, no one can stop us from defeating the Coral City Gym," Azlan cheered.

After some walking they reached the Coral Gym. It looks like a beautiful circus setup, and on the upside of there was a big Dewgong Mysticons figure.

"Let's go inside," Azlan said. "Of course dear," Elysia and Freya followed him.

They went inside and walked till he reached a Pool and there was no one inside.

Azlan asked, "Hello, is there anyone here? I am here to challenge the Gym."

"Welcome challenger!" One girl came out from the swimming Pool, and said, followed by two other girls.

"I am Violet!"

"I am Lily!"

"I am Marina, the Gym leader here, and these are my sisters!" Marina introduced herself.

"Ok," Azlan nodded, then he asked, "So, what are the rules of this Gym?"

"We will use the three Mysticons, and if you are able to defeat me, then you will win the Tide Badge," Marina explained.

Battle grounds were set, the Violet acting as a referee stood on the side of the battle ground, and she announced.

"This is the battle between the Mysticons of Azlan, the challenger and Marina the Gym Leader of Coral Cove Gym."

"Once the three Mysticons of any side will be defeated, the other side will become the winner. So let's begin the battle."

"Go Draphoeon, it was your time to shine," Azlan shouted, and Draphoeon jumped up from his shoulders and got into the battleground.

Marina rubbed her Mystic Ring, and from it a pinniped Mysticons with a thick hide covered in bluish-white fur came out. It has a pale tan maw with a large red tongue and a pair of tusks on its lower jaw. It has circular eyes and a black nose and a small horn on its forehead. It has two flippers on its chest, and two more on the end of its tail. When the tail is raised, it resembles a waterspout.

"Go Seam, I choose you!" She shouted.

"Draphoeon used Tail Whip to slam the Seam, followed by the Dragon Blade," Azlan commanded. Draphoeon runs in the front of Seam, and hits with its tail. Then her horn separated from her body, then it took the shape of the blade. It hits the Seam, and then returns back to her again, becoming the Dragon Horn.

And just in a few seconds, the Seam had fallen on the ground, with swirling in his eyes.

"Seam had lost the battle, the winner was Azlan Starwind," Violet announced.

Marina then recalled her Seam while revealing her second Mysticons.

"Chinchou, I choose you."

Chinchou comes out in front of the Draphoeon, and then Marina commands him, "Chinchou, use Water Gun," Chinchou fires the water jet on the Draphoeon.

"Draphoeon, dodge it, and then use Tackle." Draphoeon dodge the water jet, and by using a tackle he hits the Chinchou.

"Chinchou, again use Water Gun," She commanded. Chinchou again fires the water, and this time it hits the Draphoeon.

"No problem Draphoeon, use the Tail Whip, and followed by the Razor Wing," Azlan gives the courage to Draphoeon fights again.

Draphoeon followed his command, and by using Tail Whip it made it difficult for Chinchou to focus, then it started flying and with her wings, she continuously slashed the Chinchou. And it created dust around the area, and when the dust has vanished. Chinchou fell on the ground, swirling in his eyes.

"He was really amazing, how easily he won two battles with the single Mysticons," Violet commented. Lily nodded, before announcing, "Chinchou has lost the battle, the second round winner is Azlan Starwind."

"You are really good, this will be my last Mysticons, if you won it, then the Tide Badge will be yours," Marina said, and she revealed her last Mysticons.

"Starfie uses a Water Gun!" Marina shouted.

"Counter with Quick attack," Azlan commanded. Draphoeon does as he ordered, but still she was hit by the Water Gun.

"Starfie use Swift." The stars from Starfie hit the Draphoeon.

Marina's sisters were watching the battle from the side. "Marina's good with this," Violet compliments.

"Yeah, she has better battling skills than us, that's why she is Gym Leader", Lily comments. Seam was enjoying the match and was clapping its fins.

"Draphoeon, using Bullet Claws." Draphoeon attacks with his claws with the bullet speeds. Both of the Mysticons attacks hit each other, and both of them knocked out, it was double knocked out.

"Starfie and Draphoeon are unable to battle, since from the Gym Leader side all Mysticons are knocked out, the winner is Azlan Starwind," Violet announced, she brought a badge, it was shaped like a drop of water.

"You have won this badge by yourself," She presented the Tide Badge to Azlan.

"Thank you. Now two acquired, six more to go," Azlan cheered. He picked up the Draphoeon, "Tonight will be your treat," He patted the Draphoeon, Draphoeon gave a satisfied smile.

"Goodbye, Gym Leader Marina and Lily and Violet," He waved his hands, and was ready to acquire the next Gym Badge.

"He was really so cute," Marina said.

"Yes, his hands was soft like butter," Violet comments.

"Forgets about him, now thinking, we have lost the Gym Battle back to back three times today, now only Magicarp is left to battle," Lily brings them back to their current situation.
