When she heard this, she tried to calmed her emotions that were in chaos now. "Huu... Okay I am calm now! Now, can you tell me. what in the fucking hell is going on here? And why am I girl now?"

But due to repairing your soul it became female permanently. After reading this the letter Isa didn't know to be angry or cry. She was angry at God but she was also grateful for second chance. In the end she just excepted everything.
The she checked Quest option.
It was mostly empty, but there was only one quest. So, she asked system "Hey! why is there only one quest here system." It immediately replied [Host! Quest will be given to you from time to time. Depending on circumstances or randomly. And to check quest objective select the respective quest.]
So, Isa focused on only present quest, it showed.
