"Are you really the youngest Ruler? Why was you created? What is your mission? What is this proposal you are talking about?" Lamparo the Brightest Fragment Of The Brilliant Light asked by borrowing Go Gun Hee's voice.
"I am the youngest Ruler. That is all I will say. The proposal is beneficial for the Rulers. I know that the Rulers are trying to find suitable humans to share their powers to stop the advancement of the Monarch's. Instead of sharing your powers fully, try to do it gradually, making sure that the humans will not break because of overload of your powers." Haneul told him.
"How can we do that?" Lamparo asked.
"Do you know what a game is? If you don't do some research on it. The main part of the proposal is making a system that will gradually increase the strength of humans who are suitable to be the vessel of Rulers. For example, Mr. Go Gun Hee is a suitable vessel for you, but he's an old man. If he get's your full power he will not be able to contain it with his current body for a long time. When Mr. Go uses the system, he will be able to raise his base powers past his limit and will be able to use your power as his own." Haneul explained it to Lamparo.
Squinting his eyes, Lamparo asked "But what happens when the vessels get out of our control?"
Raising his eyebrow, Haneul stated "I for one believe that the Rulers will choose your vessels based on their character and powers. So I don't have any worry about them getting out of control. And I don't think that they would want to anger the forces that are trying to prevent the destruction of their home world in anyway."
"I'll be back. Don't go anywhere." Saying so, Lamparo left, and Mr. Go Gun Hee returned. He looked distressed and aghast. With trembling hand, he took a glass of water and gulped it down. Wiping his mouth, he asked "Is it true? Is the world heading to it's destruction?"
"Yes and no. Yes, what we have conversed are true and no, the world is not heading to it's destruction. There's a force known as Monarchs who are aiming for the destruction. The Gates and Dungeons are made by the rulers so that select humans could survive the upcoming war between the Rulers and Monarchs." Haneul explained it to him.
"Then, where does you alliegence stand with?" Go Gun Hee asked, even though he already knew the answer.
"With Humans." Haneul replied instantly, and that surprised Go Gun Hee, as he heard the angel in front of him calling itself a Ruler.
"Why?" He asked even though he is confused.
"Let's just say that the first one to get his abilities is my vessel." Haneul told Go Gun Hee.
Hearing that, Go Gun Hee's eyes went wide and said "You men to say that the one who made the gate disappear is your vessel?"
"Yes. He was somewhere near the gate so he cleared it as a mission from me." Haneul said.
Suddenly, Go Gun Hee's eyes turned gold and spoke "Your proposal has been accepted, but everyone is against taking over their vessels."
"That is not my problem. But know that, the Monarchs may do the same thing as us and at the final moment, they may take over their vessels." Haneul said.
"Even then, it will take some time for them to arrive on Earth. And the same goes for us." Lampas said.
"True. So I believe we have a deal. Then my job here is done. See you next time." Activating his stealth, Haneul quickly got out of the office and went towards his bike.
Back at the office room, Go Gun Hee sat there thinking about the implications of the information that he have gotten. A year later, Go Gun Hee and six other people all around the world were introduced to the system. There was a binding clause that made them not able to talk about the system to anyone else but the vessels. This, made the Earth one of the strongest fortress against the outer gods in the future.
As soon as Haneul reached home, he slept like a log and the next morning he went to the airport to pick up Kanae. She was a mess, black marks under her eyes, unkept hair and tired face. He made sure that she was alright and spend a day with her as much as he could so that she could divert her thoughts away from her parents.
Two days after her arrival, Haneul went to Japan to rescue Kanae's parents. Since he didn't want to be found out for a year, he made Exil, his Knight Grade Light soldier to act like him near the Tawata household so he could enter the dungeon right under the nose of the Japanese military force and safely take his uncle and aunt back to Korea. Even though it will be tough, with the help of his father's friends he will be able to take them back without a hitch.
Entering the dungeon, he saw Kanaes parents at the entrance itself. After checking out for any injuries or traps on them and finding nothing, Haneul confirmed that the dungeon was a large one or a maze type dungeon. "Even then, unless uncle and aunt awaken as hunters, they won't be able to wake up from their coma. But first, I have to clear this dungeon as soon as possible and take these two out of here."
With a plan in his mind, he sent out his Elite grade soldiers to take care of the mob monsters and he directly went to the boss monster. The dungeon was a den of sabretooth tigers, and the boss monster was two meter tall sabretooth tiger. Seeing the level of the Sabretooth Tiger, which was only level forty, Haneul smiled and used his bare hands to kill the boss monster, not before analyzing all the monsters inside the dungeon. After clearing the dungeon, which only took half the time of his first dungeon he cleared, he started to created the constructs of the mob tigers and the boss tiger.
