At 10 p.m., the reason there was some slack in the hotel's backyard defense was to allow someone in.
The military officer responsible for this was the captain of the backyard patrol team, who did not tell his soldiers why someone was coming, but just instructed them not to act too hastily if they spotted anything unusual.
The surrounding snipers had been alerted to this as well, to avoid the unfortunate event of the person being killed by friendly fire on the way.
At the moment, within the sight of one sniper, a figure appeared fifty meters away from the Five-star Hotel, running quickly towards it without much concealment.
"Someone has appeared," the sniper reported in a low voice, pressing his earpiece.
"Understood, no need to act for now," came the reply through the earpiece, accompanied by some static and a breath.
After reporting the situation, the sniper's scope continued to follow the figure until it reached the iron gate of the hotel's backyard.
