Among the endless expanse of snowy plains, there is a green oasis, where trees tower gracefully and grass grows lushly, as if challenging the cold of the season. The light of the campfire flickers, dancing in the darkness of the night, like stars descending from the sky, creating a magical atmosphere that warms the soul. The hissing sound of the fire, soft and soothing, forms a harmonious melody, as if whispering old stories to the wind that blows gently.
In the midst of the beauty of the night, a simple wooden house stands firmly, a silent witness to warmth and friendship.
Around the campfire, Noah, Esdeath, and C.C. sit close together, each in their own way enjoying the moment.
Noah looked at Esdeath who was in front of him, she was still wearing her wet training clothes because of the snow, but her eyes shone brightly, indicating a burning spirit.
"How was your training today, Esdeath?" Noah asked in a calm tone. "I think you're getting better."
Esdeath did not reply with words, but only nodded. She stared at the campfire, as if contemplating something deeper. C.C., who was sitting beside Noah, observed Esdeath with concern. She sensed that the young girl had incredible potential.
"She's great," C.C. said softly, her voice as calm as the morning dew. "But maybe she needs a little rest too."
Esdeath turned her gaze to C.C., and for the first time, a small smile appeared on her face.
"Rest? I don't need that," she said, her voice cold but with a tone that showed that she appreciated C.C.'s advice.
"You're stubborn, Esdeath. But remember, rest is important. How can you train well if your body is tired?" Noah chuckled.
Esdeath frowned. "I don't know. I just want to be the best. And I won't let myself get weak."
"The desire to be the best is good, Esdeath, but don't forget about balance. Even the strongest need time to recharge."C.C. nodded in agreement.
"You always know what to say, C.C. That's why I like you." Noah looked at C.C. with admiration.
C.C. returned Noah's gaze with a gentle smile, and Esdeath watched their interaction with curiosity.
"You seem very close," she said, her voice still cold but with a hint of curiosity in it. "Is that love?"
Noah and C.C. looked at each other, then Noah nodded. "Yes, C.C. is someone who means a lot to me."
Esdeath nodded slowly. "I understand. I want to have someone like that too. But, I don't know if I can feel the same way."
"Love comes in different ways for everyone. The most important thing is to be open to your feelings. Don't be afraid to feel them." C.C. smiled.
"And don't rush it. Sometimes feelings grow on their own without us realizing it."
Noah added.
"I feel like I have to control everything. If I open myself up, will that make me weak?"
Esdeath stared at the campfire, her thoughts wandering.
"Quite the opposite. True strength comes from being able to accept and share your feelings with others." C.C. shook her head.
"You don't have to change who you are. You can be strong and feel love. Both can go hand in hand." Noah reached out, taking Esdeath's hand.
Esdeath stared at their intertwined hands. There was something warm in her heart, even though she tried to keep it cool.
"Maybe you're right," she said softly. "But I don't know how to start."
"Start with something small. Try to talk about what you feel, or what you want."
C.C. smiled faintly at Esdeath's reaction.
Noah added, "Yeah, like when we train. We learn from our mistakes and fix them. Love is like that too."
Hearing Noah's words, Esdeath felt inspired. "Okay, I'll try. But if I fail, I hope you won't think I'm weak."
"No one thinks you're weak," C.C. said softly. "You're stronger than anyone we've ever met."
C.C.'s words were not a lie because she had never seen someone like Esdeath.
Noah nodded in agreement. "As long as you try, that's enough. And remember, every little step counts."
The night grew more intimate, and the hissing sound of the fire became their constant companion. Esdeath felt the warmth from the fire and from the connection that was forming between them. She felt that maybe, just maybe, there was power in sharing feelings.
"Thank you," Esdeath said sincerely, her eyes now sparkling. "I will try to do better."
C.C. smiled. "That's the spirit we expect from you."
Noah added, "And no matter what happens, remember that we will always be here for you."
Esdeath felt her heart tremble. In the cold silence of the night, she began to understand the meaning of support and love. She realized that although the journey to strength was long, she did not have to do it alone.
They continued to talk around the campfire, sharing stories and laughter, creating memories that they would always cherish. Esdeath felt closer to Noah and C.C., and for the first time, she felt the warmth that came not only from the fire, but also from the relationship that was being built.
