Chapitre 11: Will Of Fire

"I think we need to talk, Naruto," Kakashi said as soon as he saw him.

"Do you mind coming outside to talk?" Kakashi asked Naruto as he walked closer to him.

"Nah, I'm tired. Talk about whatever you want here," Naruto said in an unbothered voice as he lay on the floor. He was too exhausted to engage in any nonsense right now.

Even though it wasn't a direct consequence of the Heaven Devouring Seal, his body was fatigued from using it and absorbing a new bloodline for the first time.

Hearing him, Kakashi was surprised. He didn't expect Naruto to act even more rebellious than usual. However, since Naruto had said he was sleepy when Kakashi was training them to climb trees, Kakashi just assumed it was because of that.

"Fine then," Kakashi muttered before sitting near Naruto and starting to talk. "Naruto, do you know that someone close to me was born here?" Kakashi said, referring to Kushina. He even knew that Naruto was his sensei's son, but since Hiruzen had ordered him not to tell Naruto anything about his parents, he had to stay silent.

"So...?" Naruto responded in an uninterested tone. Even though he knew Kakashi was talking about Kushina, he wasn't really interested since he already knew about her.

This knowledge had driven him to seek the treasure of the Uzumaki clan in his past life. Besides, he wasn't generally interested in her.

So what if she was his mother? He had never met her in his entire life, nor had he known about her until he was 14. She and Minato were just like strangers to him.

"Never mind that... What I want to ask you is how you were able to kill Zabuza, an elite jonin," Kakashi asked in a serious tone. He had been wondering about this ever since he saw Naruto kill Zabuza.

His suspicion made sense. Until now, Naruto was just a brat who acted like an imbecile, and for him to suddenly kill a high jonin didn't make any sense to him.

"How did I kill him? By attacking the balls," Naruto said in an even more uninterested tone before adding, "Is your Sharingan a defective piece you got from someone who didn't want it? Since you're asking questions like this," Naruto said.

"You... Sigh," Kakashi was about to say something to Naruto but sighed and didn't continue. He didn't know why, but every time he saw Naruto nowadays, Kakashi was reminded of Minato.

"Naruto... I don't care how you defeated Zabuza, but remember that the Will of Fire of Konoha is the human philosophy," Kakashi said, trying to let Naruto know how great the Will of Fire was before adding, "Remember, Naruto, love is the key to peace."

"Bullshit!" Naruto thought in his mind with a disgusted tone. To him, this entire Will of Fire, love-is-the-key-to-peace thing was bullshit of an abnormal level.

If love is the key to peace, then why did all the nations Konoha gave tailed beasts to fight Konoha in the Great Ninja Wars? Hashirama was just an idiot who thought that giving people tailed beasts would make peace. Hell nah.

It's not that it's hard to achieve peace; it's just that the people who want peace are idiots. Why divide the world into different nations when you can just make a single nation and avoid all future wars?

Not that Naruto was interested in that bullshit Will of Fire. He didn't give a fuck about anyone.

"Whatever," Naruto said to Kakashi before adding in a sleepy tone, "Is that all you had to talk about? I'm going to sleep then."

Naruto wasn't really interested in talking with Kakashi at this point. His body was getting too tired for him to really give a fuck about Kakashi's words, not that he usually gave a fuck about them anyway.

Hearing him, Kakashi could just stare at Naruto and do nothing. He was trying to make sure Team 7 knew what the Will of Fire was and tried to brainwash—cough cough—I meant, tried to let Sasuke and Sakura also know what the Will of Fire was so they could act more like a team.

Sakura was easy to brainwash—cough—I meant, she easily caught on to what the Will of Fire was, while Sasuke just heard what Kakashi had to say and started to try to climb the tree again. And here, Naruto also ignored him.

"Okay, you can rest," Kakashi said as if he even had the option to deny Naruto. If he said he was going to rest, he was going to rest. "I'll try to preach the Will of Fire to Sasuke again," Kakashi thought as he exited Tazuna's home.

Almost everyone in Konoha is brainwashed with that bullshit Will of Fire.

"Just two months left before I can finally start my plan," Naruto thought as he closed his eyes. Suddenly, he found himself in the mindscape a Jinchuriki would have.

"Ah... this place," Naruto thought as soon as he saw the mindscape and the huge bars in front of him. It was just like in his past life—disgusting.

"I will shred you to pieces, brat!" a loud voice yelled at him from behind the bars. It was Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox.

"Ah! This bug," Naruto thought with an indifferent face and eyes. In his past life, he and Kurama never really bonded like the Naruto in canon, because they both hated each other.

Kurama hated Naruto because he was sealed inside him, and Naruto hated Kurama because the seal not only restricted 98% of Naruto's chakra but also didn't give him any chakra unless it weakened the seal.

Though Naruto eventually got his hands on Adamantine Chains, tamed Kurama, and stole his chakra.

"You talk too much for someone who got split into two by the exhausted Fourth Hokage," Naruto said in a mocking tone and disgusted face.

"...."

"...."

"How did you know that?" Kurama asked in a bossy manner as he moved his face closer and closer to the bars until the only thing Naruto could see was his face.

Kurama was genuinely surprised. How did this brat know something like that? One must know that Kurama could see what Naruto saw and hear what Naruto heard, and Kurama had never seen Naruto know about something about the Fourth Hokage or him getting split.

"That doesn't matter," Naruto said before adding, "I'll be going now... but if you dare summon me again... it won't be good for you, Nine-Tailed Bug." After saying this, Naruto disappeared from the mindscape.

Naruto wasn't just boasting; he could really punish Kurama if he wanted to. Considering he was better at fuinjutsu than he was at ninjutsu, he just had to make some changes to the seal that kept Kurama imprisoned to give him some trouble.

But that would take too much yang chakra, which Naruto wasn't ready to waste on the Nine-Tailed Fox.

To be exact, he didn't even want to waste his time on the Nine-Tailed Fox. He had other things to plan, and the Nine-Tailed Fox was just a small issue compared to them.

He could be tamed easily using Wood Style and Adamantine Chains.

"I slept for 20 minutes," Naruto thought as he opened his eyes and looked at the clock hanging in Tazuna's house. As Naruto stood up, he thought, "Time for training."
