"Greetings, Hope. I am Laurent," the man spoke in deep and calm tone. The wolves moved aside, to open the path for him to approach Hope. "You don't need to be afraid." He showed a tattoo on his left arm to her. "We belong to Starlight pack, the pack of alpha Lucien and I am his beta."

Hope knew that Lucien's pack was starlight pack because her grandfather told her about that, in that case…

"Are they… werewolves?" she looked at the those huge wolves that surrounded her.

"Yes," Laurent answered politely.

Hearing that, Hope could sigh in relief. She was safe now.
