"Understood!"
Mephistopheles said no more because he understood that Lord Hades had made up his mind, and it was unchangeable.
Hades calmly said, "Mephistopheles, gods are always in a state of competition. It's like rowing upstream; if you don't advance, you retreat. If you don't progress and choose to fight for your life, other gods will find opportunities to surpass you."
Hades had a rational personality, often speaking in a declarative manner, which was not unusual. At this moment, Hades' words carried a rare fluctuation in tone, indicating his seriousness and gravity.
Indeed!
Struggle! Fight for your life! This is the path every god must take. Mephistopheles, too, chose to create his Contract Hell instead of waiting for death after the fall of his mythological world.
And it proved successful. Without the Contract Hell, he would have been swallowed by the Chaos Sea, not captured by the Demon Star and sealed within the Heavenly Star.
This proves that, for any god, striving and determination are indispensable. You must choose your path and walk it steadfastly.
Otherwise, everything is meaningless.
Mephistopheles left respectfully, and Hades quietly recuperated. Nearly ten thousand years passed, and Hades reclaimed all his scattered Underworld Armors, ready to act, now at his peak state.
As the gates of the Underworld opened, Hades entered the Star Realm. After a brief pause, he headed directly for the Crystal Wall System, arriving at its entrance. Raising his hand, he gathered the laws, forming an invisible helm with the Invisibility Cloak.
"It's time to begin," Hades murmured, releasing countless divine powers, with each Demon Star spreading out. All the Demon Stars with Underworld Armors were born.
Practice makes perfect.
This time, Hades' actions were much more natural. Compared to before, when he was just a Major God, now he was at the pinnacle of the Chief Titan Gods, just a step away from being a God-King. His foundation had increased tremendously.
Hades felt this time's action was much easier compared to before. This was a good thing. Even so, he remained cautious, as any accident could be catastrophic.
Hades carefully controlled the Demon Stars, slowly infiltrating the Chaos Sea. It's worth noting that Hades had previously devoured all the small worlds around the Greek Pantheon and Mythological World.
Over time, new small worlds had formed and emerged, or were brought nearby by the undercurrents of the Chaos Sea. This made Hades' first step much simpler.
As one Demon Star entered a small world, Hades couldn't help but smile.
The first step! Success.
The first step is always the most crucial. After entering the first small world, Hades controlled the Demon Star and began the next phase of his plan.
Previously, Hades guided worlds to naturally die to acquire world power, using it to cultivate and nurture world seeds. Gradually, the world seeds would take root and sprout.
But this time, Hades planned to act differently, dividing his actions into two steps.
First, for small worlds with no potential, he would destroy them directly. The Underworld Armors would enable the Underworld Warriors to dominate these small worlds, starting at the Eighth Sense small universe level.
Although this method significantly reduced the amount of world power obtained, sometimes only to three or four-tenths, or even less.
But this was only Hades' first step. Destroying these insignificant small worlds was inconsequential. Beyond that, Hades had a second, completely different step.
The classification of worlds generally falls into several levels:
Dimensions, Small Worlds, Dimensional Universes, Parallel Universes, Multiverses, and Mythological Worlds.
Dimensions are fragmented world pieces, like the internal space of an artifact.
Small Worlds are numerous, weak worlds, often insignificant.
Dimensional Universes, Parallel Universes, Multiverses, these are self-explanatory.
Contract Hell is at the level of a Dimensional Universe.
The Underworld is at the level of a Parallel Universe.
As for the higher Multiverse level, the divine kingdom created by Cronus, the Titan God-King, reaches the level of a Multiverse.
Though, Cronus followed the path of laws, and didn't prioritize nurturing his divine kingdom. Otherwise, cultivating the World Tree with world seeds would have yielded greater progress.
As for Mythological Worlds, they need no explanation, as they are where Hades lives and was born.
These are the levels of world classification. Hades' plan was to further elevate the Underworld. Worlds with concepts of death, souls, underworld, hell, and similar notions were ideal targets. By implanting the Underworld into these worlds, he could gradually absorb and control them, ultimately merging these small worlds into the Underworld, transforming it step by step into a Multiverse.
